Applicability CTET September 2016
The CTET applied in central government schools (KVS, NVS, Tibetan schools, etc.) and schools under the administrative control of Chandigarh UT, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Daman and Diu, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and NCT Delhi

CTET may also apply to private schools without help, they can exercise the option of considering the CTET

Eligibility for September 2016 CTET
Candidates have the following minimum level of instruction may appear in CTET
The minimum training (primary phase) required to become a master of the I-V categories:

Upper secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year diploma in primary education or;
Upper secondary (or equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year diploma in primary education; or
Upper secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the last 4-year diploma year in primary education (B.El.Ed); or
Upper secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year diploma in education (special education); or
Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of two-year diploma in primary education

minimum university to become a teacher for classes VI-VIII stage (primary):

Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year diploma in primary education; or
Graduation with at least 50% and marks appearing in the past or one year of Bachelor of Education (B. Ed); or
Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor of Education (B. Ed); or
Upper secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the last 4-year diploma year in primary education (B.El.Ed); or
Upper secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4 years B.A. / A. Or B. B.Sc.Ed-Ed / B.Sc.Ed; or obtaining the diploma at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed (Special Education)
Relaxation up to 5% on the qualifying marks in the minimum level of qualification training to apply will be allowed to candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC / different capacities
Candidates appearing in the final year of education degree or diploma in primary education, etc. are provisionally admitted and CTET certificate are valid only in the passage of the above examinations
The candidate has not havidng any of the previous note will not be eligible to appear on the Central normal eligibility test
The candidate must complete his / her eligibility before applying and be personally liable if he / she is not entitled to apply according to the specified eligibility criteria
CTET exam pattern 2016
The CTET exam objective type is MULTIPLE CHOICE (MCQ); there will be no negative marking; there will be two documents CTET
(I) of the paper is for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V
(Ii) Paper II will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII
Note: A person who intends to be a teacher for both levels (classes I to V and VI to VIII class) will appear in both paper (Paper I and II)

Through Challan filing fee under CBSE account with a bank syndicate or HDFC Bank in favor of the Central Council of the Secretariat of Secondary Education, Delhi

Candidates can apply CTET-Sept 2016 “online” via the site www.ctet.nic.in. Candidates can apply online on the website CTET ww.ctet.nic.in. The candidate will provide more details as the form is completed online

Request CTET-Sept 2016 was entirely in line with the option to download the photo and signature of the applicant. The data will be filled in online and digital photography last image and signature (in JPG format) will be charged only when completing the application form
