The CSIR UGC NET is popularly referred to as the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) University Grants Commission National Entrance Test. This test is conducted for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Eligibility for Lectureship (LS) in Chemical Sciences (ii) Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences (iii) Life Sciences (iv) Mathematical Sciences and (v) Physical Sciences.

How to Apply for CSIR UGC NET 2027:
To fill the application form, applicants should need to register themselves by submitting the specified details.
After submitting the registration details login details are going to be provided to the candidates and that they can fill the application form with all the right and complete details.
Candidates should need to upload their scanned copies of their photograph, signature and other documents within the form.
They should need to verify all the details before submitting it. After submitting the application form, the application number is going to be generated.
Candidates need to make the payment of application fee through online mode via Credit/Debit Card or Net banking and there are no transaction charges.
Candidates are advised to take a print out of form & also write to print admit card before the exam the application number generated after submitting the application.

CSIR UGC NET 2027 Eligibility Criteria:
Those applicants are going to fill the application form of CSIR UGC NET; need to “> they need to have to check their Eligibility Criteria before applying. The ineligible candidates cannot apply during this examination.
The applicants must be qualified in M.Sc or the same degree / Integrated BS-MS / BS – 4 years / BE / B. Tech / B. Pharma / MBBS.
For General and OBC-NCL candidates, a minimum of 55% marks and for SC / ST / physically and visually handicapped candidates, a minimum of fifty marks is required during this degree.
Those enrolled for M.Sc or those who have completed 10+2+3 years of the above qualifying examination also are eligible to apply.
