Class 10 Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate-SSLC/SSC/Class 10 Marks Card and passing Certificate.
Birth Certificate issued by the competent authority if SSLC/SSC/Class 10 certificate doesn’t contain a proof of date of birth
Class 12 Mark Sheet- PUC – II or HSC or Class 12 or Equivalent examination (if the results are declared) marks card & passing certificate / Internet Marks card.
Caste Certificate- Certificate issued by the competent authority regarding SC, ST, OBC (OBC Karnataka state only) and Locomotor disability status by the candidates applying under these categories as declared by the govt of India or Karnataka
Two Additional Photographs.

BLDE UGET Application Fee 2024:

The applicant must fill the educational details and private details correctly together with the DD number and bank from which the DD has been obtained
The DD of Rs. 2000, should be in favor of Registrar, BLDE University, payable at (Vijayapura) Bijapur- 586103, Karnataka ready with him/her
The applicant also can pay the application fee of Rs. 2000, online.
