NEET UG 2025 Application Form:

NEET (UG) 2025 Registration Form has been Started on 6th March 2025. NEET (UG) 2025 Online Registration can be done till 6th April 2025. Those applicants want to get admission within the various undergraduate programs within the medical and dental field, they can fill the application form through online mode from the official website of NTA (National Testing Agency). The applicants can fill the application form on the basis of Eligibility Criteria and it’s necessary for candidates to check it before applying.

How to Apply for NEET UG 2025:

The applicants can fill the application form of NEET-UG by following the procedure mentioned below.

First of all, the applicants need to visit on the official website of NEET-UG.
Applicants need to click on the “Apply Online” button available on the official website.
Applicants got to read all of the instructions carefully and click on “Proceed to Apply Online NEET (UG).
After that, the application form is going to be displayed to the candidates on the official webpage.
They have to fill the basic personal, guardian, contact, academic, exam center, and other required details within the application form.
Before submitting the details, verify them and click on the “Final Submit” button.
After filling the details, the registration number is going to be generated.
After that, applicants need to click on the “Upload Photo/Signature” section.
They have to click on the “Browse” button and select the scanned images of a photograph and signature.
Candidates need to upload the scanned images within the prescribed format.
After uploading the scanned images, click on the “Next” button.
They have to form the fee payment option and choose the payment mode.
Enter the required payment details and pay the application fee.
After completing the fee payment, candidates are suggested to take a printout of the application form.
They have to take a printout of the confirmation page to confirm the successful completion of the application process and fee submission.

NEET 2025 Application Form Correction:

The official authority will provide the chance to make correction in the application form. It will be done by the month of May/June 2025. The applicants must login to the official website and verify their particulars and make necessary corrections wherever required.

Applicants will be able to fill the NEET 2025 Application Form by the month of April 2025. Last date to fill the application will be till last week of May 2025.

NTA also offers the correction facility in some particulars, including choice of exam centre & uploading images. The board will offer correction facility to the candidates through online mode.

The Board provide ONE TIME CORRECTION OPPORTUNITY to the applicants only in the data which may affect the merit.

• The state code of eligibility
