AIBE 2023 Exam Pattern contains the detail concerning the number of queries asked within the examination, number of sections, marking scheme, time duration, etc. AIBE is conducted by the Bar Council of India (BCI) that is a national level examination. AIBE is the qualifying examination to achieve the “Certificate of Practice” in legal professions.

The certificate is awarded to those candidates who can qualify for the examination of AIBE. BCI can examine the ability of an advocate’s capability to apply the profession of law in India. During this article, we’ve got provided the entire AIBE (14) exam pattern 2023.

AIBE 2023 Exam Pattern:

Here we are providing the entire examination pattern for the AIBE (XIV) examination. Candidates will check the entire exam pattern and start their preparation according to it. Candidates will get the admit card by entering their “Registration Number” & “Date of Birth”. Candidates will get the admit card solely through on-line mode.

Mode of Exam:
The AIBE examination is held through offline mode (OMR).

Duration of Exam:
The total duration of the exam is three hours and 30 minutes. The candidates with 80th and more disability areas lotted extra 30 minutes.

Language:
It will be conducted in eleven languages from that candidate can select any one of them.

Types of Questions:
The Multiple selection queries (MCQ) are asked within the examination.

Total Marks:
The complete questions paper is of total a hundred marks.

Negative Marking:
There will be no negative marking within the examination.

Categories:
The question papers are divided into 2 classes, i.e. Category-I and Category-II.

Subjects:
The queries are prepared for twenty subjects. These subjects are divided into category-I and category-II. Every subject of category-I can contain seven queries and Category-II subjects can contain twenty-three queries.
