AIIMS Syllabus 2024 contains the subject wise syllabus that comes beneath AIIMS Entrance Exam. Physics Syllabus:

Circular Motion, Motion, Nuclear Physics, Physics of the Atom: Thermodynamics: Work and heat, the first law of Thermodynamics., Electricity, Electro-Magnetic Induction, Electronic Devices, Kinetic Theory of Gases, Measurement, Solids and Wave Motion: Optics.

Chemistry Syllabus:

Solid State, Co-ordination Compounds, Haloalkanes and Haloarenes, Alcohols, Phenols and Ethers, Aldehydes, Ketones, and Carboxylic Acids, Organic Compounds Containing Nitrogen, Biomolecules, Solutions, Electrochemistry, Chemical Kinetics, Surface Chemistry, General Principles and Processes of Isolation of Elements, p- Block Elements, d and f Block Elements, Polymers and Chemistry in Everyday Life.

Biology Syllabus:

This section will contain zoology and botany subjects. The detailed syllabus is given below:

Zoology Subject:

Anatomy and Physiology, Developmental Biology, Diversity of Animal Life, Genetics and Evolution (Fundamentals only): (symbiosis), Histology and Reproductive System.

Botany Subject:

Absorption and cell water relations, transport of water and minerals, Anatomy and Physiology of Plants: Meristems-Plant growth and development, Botany and Human Welfare, History, Internal structure of dicot and monocot roots, Internal structure of stem and secondary growth, Transpiration and respiration, Importance, Factors and mechanism, Internal and external regulators of growth and development in plants, Internal structure of dicot and monocot leaves photosynthesis., Tropic and turgor movements and Xylem and Phloem-their cell elements and functions.

AIIMS Exam Pattern:

AIIMS Exam Pattern contains number queries, marking schemes, etc. The written test is conducted online (Computer Based Test) mode. The duration of the examination is 3 1/2 hours. The test paper is of two hundred Objective Type (Multiple Choice and Reason-Assertion type). Candidates will choose any one of the languages (English/Hindi) for the test. Every section can contain sixty queries from Physics, Chemistry and Biology and ten from general knowledge and aptitude and logical thinking.
