AILET Subjects:

NLU Delhi will test the candidates on the topics namely, English, general knowledge, legal aptitude, logical reasoning and elementary arithmetic for undergraduate law programmes. However, candidates appearing in AILET 2024 to seek admission into the postgraduate law programmes are going to be tested on the subjects specifically, Constitutional law, family law, criminal law, the law of torts, Jurisprudence, Law of Contracts, international law, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Property Law.

AILET 2024 Marking Scheme :

Candidates appearing in AILET 2024 are going to be awarded one mark for each correct answers and can be negatively marked with 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. Moreover, zero marks are going to be awarded for queries left unanswered or non-attempted.
