In case the marks obtained by the 2 candidates within the intermediate or equivalent examinations are equal then the marks obtained by the 2 candidates within the high school or equivalent examination.
In case the marks obtained by the 2 candidates within the highschool or equivalent examination also are equal, then by the draw of lots.
