AMET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

• Eligibility: The applicant must have his UG degree (10+2+3 pattern) recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
• Rank: Candidates with valid rank score in Amrita for MET/CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/GMAT/GRE/KMAT.
  Candidates for the above exams must apply using their exam registration number.
• Percentage: Candidates must score at least 50% in class 10, 12 and UG programs.

AMET 2024 Admission Procedure

The authorities will conduct the AMET 2024 admission process based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam. CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/GRE/KMAT results are also valid for admission. A personal interview round (PI) will be held for the shortlisted candidates. The authority will inform the candidate of her PI date via email and her SMS.

In the ‘Personal Interview Round’ (PI), the authorities check the written skills, communication skills, GK and general personality skills of the candidates. Candidates selected in the PI round will receive offer letters via email and SMS. Candidates are advised to check their emails and her SMS regularly to avoid information regarding admissions.

It will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode across India. You will have a total of 2 hours and 30 minutes (150 minutes) to complete the questions. There will be a total of 100 questions on the exam.

AMET 2024 syllabus covers four topics: Linguistic Reasoning and Understanding, Data Interpretation and Analysis, General Knowledge on Indian and World Scenarios, and Quantitative Aptitude. There are a total of 25 questions per topic. For each correct answer, candidates earn 3 points and for each incorrect answer, they deduct 1 point.
