Assam Polytechnic 2024 Result:

Assam Polytechnic (PAT) Counselling 2024 is going to be started from June 2024 through online mode. Candidates can check their result by entering their roll number. After the result declaration, the merit list is going to be prepared through DTE Assam. On the basis of the merit list, candidates will go for the counseling procedure for admission.

Assam Polytechnic Counseling 2024:

The Assam Polytechnic 2024 Counseling is going to be started in June 2024. The candidates will go for the counseling round after declaration of the merit list through the DTE Assam. Only those candidates are going to be able to attend the counseling procedure, those are going to be selected within the merit list.

The counseling procedure is going to be conducted through offline mode by DTE Assam. All of the shortlisted candidates should be present at the counseling center with the required documents.

Required Documents to be Submitted within the Counseling Procedure:

The Permanent Resident Address certificate which can be attached within the brochure as “Part B” with two recent photographs attested by the Gazetted Officer and pasted on the application.
Copies of Marksheet of the qualifying examination.
Certificate of age proof ( True copy of Admit Card or Certificate of the Board/ University).
Character Certificate.
Caste certificate if just in case of candidate belonging to the reserved category (SC/ST/ MOBC/ Ex-Tea Garden Labour Community from the acceptable authority as decided by the govt.
If a candidate is applying under sports quota, Certificate from Director of sports, Assam, and proof representing state and NOC should be submitted by the candidate at the time of counseling.
If just in case candidate’s seats are reserved for freedom fighter category (both Paternal and Maternal) certificates from the Principal Private Category to the Chief Minister, Assam.
Along with the above-mentioned certificate got to submit the direct relationship certificate of the candidate with the freedom fighter from the Deputy Commissioner.
Certificate from the employer, if applied against the quota of Central Government employees.
Candidate belonging Differently-abled category need to submit the identity card as Differently abled and Identified candidate from the State Level/ District Level Medical Board as constituted in pursuance of the social welfare Department.
