Admission Procedure

Applicants those who are interested to get admission in Dehradun engineering colleges can appear in the national level entrance exam. There is no entrance exam which is conducted on a state level.

So, candidates can get admission only through national level entrance exam. Some of the universities or colleges offer admission in the engineering course on the basis of qualifying exam (12th class).

Entrance Exams

In this state, candidates can apply for admission in four years of B.Tech courses through JEE Main 2025 national level examination. Some colleges also offer admission on the basis of merit list like UPES, Dehradun. UPES also organize their own entrance test named UPESEAT 2025. Through this exam, students will get admission in various specializations of B.Tech courses. The exam will be conducted in various phases as per the availability of seats.

Admission in lateral entry into B.Tech courses is provided through UKSEE entrance exam which is a state level entrance exam. Applicants can appear in the GATE 2025 exam for admission in M.Tech courses.

Selection Procedure
