Admission Procedure

The admission in Pondicherry will be offered through national level and state level admission procedure. Applicants those wish to pursue four years of engineering course should appear in the entrance test.  Through national level entrance exam candidates can get admission in the B.Tech and B.Arch, courses. There is a Central Admission Committee (CENTAC) who manages the admission procedure in Pondicherry.

Entrance Exams

The various government and private universities/institutions considered the national level JEE main entrance exam for offering admissions. Applicants who qualify the JEE Advanced entrance exam can get admission in B.Tech course. For admission in IITs, it is mandatory to qualify JEE Advanced exam as per the prescribed cut-off.
