BHU Eligibility Criteria has been revised. The India Ratna Mahamansa Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya has founded the Banaras Hindu University (BHU) within the year of 1916. It’s the popular university, that is also counted within the Central Universities in India. This university offers varied undergraduate, postgraduate and Diploma/Certificate programs within the varied fields for the candidates.

The BHU conducts its own exam like UET (Undergraduate Entrance Test) & PET (Postgraduate Entrance Test) for the candidates to provide the admission in their aspiring programs. There are the various affiliated colleges of BHU providing admission to the candidates. Institute of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University invites applications for admission to the subsequent two-year, four-semester Post-Graduate Management courses in Business Administration for the academic Batch 2024.

BHU 2024 Eligibility Criteria:

Below we’ve provided complete eligibility criteria for varied UG, PG, analysis, and certification courses. Candidates should go through the eligibility criteria before applying for admission into the University:

Age Criteria:
Applying candidates should not be more than twenty-two years of age on first July 2024 (should be born on or after first July 1997).
ST/SC candidates can have five years relaxation in upper age limits.
OBC candidates can have three years of relaxation in upper age limits.

UG Programmes:

B.Com (Hons)/B.com (Hons) Financial Markets Management:
Qualifying Exam: Candidate ought to have passed his/her 10+2 level exams or its equivalent from a recognized board.
Qualifying Subjects: someone should have passed his 10+2 level exams with Commerce/Maths/Economics/Finance/Computer Science/ Financial Markets Management or different vocational course (related to commerce).
Qualifying Marks: Candidate in his/her 10+2 level exams should have passed with a minimum aggregate of fifty marks within the concerned subjects.

B.Sc (Hons) Maths Group:
Qualifying Exam: Candidate ought to have passed his/her 10+2 level exams or its equivalent from a recognized board.
Qualifying Subjects: Candidate should have passed his 10+2 level exams with mathematics and Physics subjects and any one of the subsequent subjects – Chemistry, Geology, Data Technology, Geography, Statistics, and computer science.
Qualifying Marks: Candidate in his/her 10+2 level exams should have passed with a minimum aggregate of fifty marks and should have passed within the concerned subject.

PG Programmes:

M.Com:
Qualifying Exam: Applying candidate should hold a degree in B.Com/B.Com (Hons.)/B.Com (Hons.)-FMM or equivalent from a recognized University.
Qualifying Marks: Applying candidates should have passed with minimum aggregate 50% marks in all subjects studied in B.Com level aside from the topics where solely passing marks are needed.

M.C.A Programme:
Qualifying Exam: Candidate ought to have passed his/her 10+2 level exams and should hold a degree in any discipline or its equivalent from a recognized board or University.
Qualifying Subjects: Candidate should have passed with mathematics as one of the topics (main or subsidiary subject) in either 10+2 level or in Bachelors’s level.
Qualifying Marks: Candidate should have secured a minimum combination of 50% marks altogether subjects studied in Bachelor’s level apart from the topics wherever solely passing marks are needed.

L.L.M Programme:
Qualifying Exam: Candidate should have completed his/her three years LLB after Graduation or five years LLB once10+2 level from a University recognized by the Bar Council of India.
Qualifying Marks: Candidate should have secured a minimum of aggregate 50% marks in Bachelor of Laws degree.

Diploma and Certificate Courses:

Faculty of medicine – PG diploma in lab Technology (2 years)
Qualifying Exam: Candidate should hold a B.Sc degree with aggregate marks.
Qualifying Subjects: Candidate should have passed his B.Sc degree in Zoology, Botany & Chemistry or biological science, biology & Biotechnology or Chemistry, Biotechnology.
