BTET 2025 Eligibility Criteria Primary Stage Class I -V:

Candidates should have cleared of appearing for the last year of r two-year Diploma in education and HSC with a minimum of 50% marks.
OR
HSC qualified and passed or appearing within the 2-year course of diploma education by whatever name known), with a minimum of 45% marks in accordance with the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002.
OR
HSC/10+2 and qualified or appearing within the final year of 4 years Bachelor of education (B.El.Ed). with a minimum of 50% marks.
OR
HSC (or its equivalent) and passed or attending in last year of their two-year Diploma in Education (Special Education) with a minimum of 50% marks And Qualified in CTET or BETET 2025.

Elementary Stage Classes VI to VIII:

B.A./B.Sc degree holder and passed or appearing for last year of their two-year Diploma in Education (by whatever name known)
OR
Graduate with minimum 50% marks and qualified or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).
OR
Graduate with minimum 45% marks and passed or appearing in one year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time during this regard.
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with minimum 50% marks also passed or appearing in last year of 4 years Bachelor in education (B.El.Ed)
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with a minimum of 50% marks and passed or appearing within the final year of 4- year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.
OR
Graduate with a minimum of 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education).
