BITSAT entrance exam is the exam for admission into an integrated 1st-year degree program of BITS, Pilani. Candidates may also get admission to its affiliated campuses like Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad. The admissions are provided within the B.Tech, B.Pharma, and M.Sc courses. in this article, we’ve mentioned the whole BITSAT 2024 Eligibility criteria.

BITSAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria:

It is necessary to fulfill the whole eligibility criteria given for the BITSAT entrance exam. Candidates are suggested to read the whole eligibility criteria and then proceed to fill BITSAT Application Form. If any candidate can realize to be ineligible for the examination in later stage their candidature is canceled. Below we have mentioned the whole eligibility criteria.

For B.Pharma:

Qualifying Exam: Candidates ought to have passed the intermediate or equivalent examination from the Central board/State Board/any equivalent board.
Appearing Candidates: Candidates who passed their examination or appearing in 10+2 exams in 2024 are eligible to apply.
Minimum Marks: It’s should obtain the 75% marks within the PCB group. 60%marks in each subject is critical.
Subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology is the necessary subjects within the qualifying test. Proficiency in English is important for all candidates. Candidates with PCM group can even apply.

For all courses except B.Pharma:

Qualifying Exam: Candidates ought to pass the twelfth class from a recognized Central Board or State Board.
Minimum Marks: The candidate ought to have obtained a minimum of aggregate seventy-fifth marks in Physics, Chemistry and mathematics subjects (if a candidate has taken arithmetic in BITSAT).
A minimum of aggregate seventy-fifth marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology subjects (if a candidate has taken Biology in BITSAT) within the qualifying test.
60% marks in every of the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/ Biology subjects are necessary to score.
Subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics is the necessary subjects. Proficiency in English is mandatory for everyone.

Other Eligibility Conditions:

If a candidate has taken more than one attempt in twelfth class or its equivalent, solely his/her latest performance is considered.
Candidates who have passed 12th examination in 2017 or earlier are not eligible to apply in BITSAT 2024.
Candidates those presently studying in BITS at any of its campuses are not eligible to appear in BITSAT 2024.
The eligibility for admission is subject to fulfilling the required minimum marks in the 10+2 examination.
