Instructions Concerning BITSAT 2023 Exam Pattern:
The time duration for BITSAT 2023 is three hours (without a break).
All queries in BITSAT 2023 are going to be objective in nature. Every question will have four answer choices, out of that the candidates need to choose just one correct answer possibility.
The entrance examination has a total of one hundred fifty queries from all the sections
Question Paper for BITSAT 2023 can have four sections – Part I, Part II, Part III, and Part IV.
There is no time limit for any of the four sections of BITSAT 2023. So candidates can attempt or go back to any of the queries from any section and correct or make changes within the answer option.
Each correct answer is going to be awarded 3 marks, whereas one mark (-1) is going to be subtracted for every incorrect answer. To attempt queries, the examinees are going to be given no marks or zero marks.
In case the candidates answer all one hundred fifty queries among the given time of three hours (without skipping any question) can try an additional twelve queries (four each from Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry only). However, during this case, he/she won’t be able to make changes or corrections in any of the earlier one hundred fifty queries.
The queries in BITSAT 2023 are selected randomly from an oversized question bank. Therefore, different candidates can get different question sets. An expert committee can ensure that the question sets are of comparable difficulty level, content, question type, etc.
BITSAT 2023 question paper is designed in a method that a good examinee is going to be able to complete it among three hours, whereas a brilliant candidate can have the opportunity to try extra twelve queries, therefore giving them the chance for scoring high.
