CAT Application Form 2027 Dates:

CAT 2027 Application Form:

• CAT 2027 Registration has been started on 1st August 2025 on the website.
• Applying candidates can fill out the application form via online mode. Offline window is not provided.
• It is suggested to all the applying aspirants to fulfil the eligibility criteria first before fill the form.
• Authority will also provide the facility to edit the submitted details during correction window in September 2025.
• Whiling filling the form, candidates must provide the valid information, as the authority will communicate to the registered number/ Email ID.
• It will be mandatory to upload the passport size photograph & signature in the prescribed format for verification.
• As per the preferences, aspirants will have to select 6 exam cities in registration form.
• Before submitting the form, candidates must go through the complete details once, as wrong details may lead to the rejection.
• Keep a hardcopy of submitted application form, as it will be used in the further procedure of admission.

Documents need to be upload during registration:

• Class 12^th mark sheet & certificate
• Graduation mark sheet & certificate
• Date of Birth proof
• Experience certificate (if any)
• Category certificate (if required)
• Multiple passport size photographs
• Signature, etc.

How to Apply for CAT 2027:

Step 1: CAT 2027 Registration

To apply for CAT 2027, the candidates will need to register on the official website (IIMCAT). To register, follow the steps given below:
Open the official CAT website in a new window
Click on CAT 2027 registration
Enter name, date of birth, email ID, phone number and nationality
Click to get OTP
On successful registration, an OTP is going to be sent to the registered mobile number
Verify CAT registration by entering the OTP within the given field.

Step 2: Filling up the CAT application form

After verification, the candidate will receive a user ID and password on registered email ID and mobile number. To fill the form, log in again using the CAT 2027 user ID and password to access the application form.

Step 3: Payment of CAT Registration cum Application Fee

The third and last step in CAT registration is the payment of application fee. After furnishing details within the first five sections, click on ‘save and continue’ to proceed to the fee payment window. CAT application fees are often paid online through internet banking or credit/debit card.

CAT 2027 Application Correction

Application correction facility in CAT 2027 will be provided in the month of September 2025. Candidates those who will made any mistakes while filling the form, can edit their details during edit window. Correction window will be open for few days only. Applying candidates will have to visit the website to edit the details. Login details will be required to make correction in the form.

After registration, changes in category will not be possible under any circumstance. In the fields of email ID, state, mobile number, date of birth, rectification will not be permitted. The option to edit the mistakes in images will be released first & then final edit will be enabled.
