CAT Exam Pattern 2020: CAT 2020 Exam Pattern includes mode of exam, subjects, marking scheme, etc. The Common Admission Test (CAT) is the MBA entrance test conducted by the Indian Institute of Management (IIMs) on rotation basis. It’s a national level examination for management students. The scores of CAT is accepted by 20 IIMs as well as 100 B-schools of India.

CAT 2020 Exam Pattern:

Exam Mode: CAT is the Computer Based Test (CBT) which is able to be conducted in 147 cities.

Type of Questions: The question paper contains each MCQ as well as non-MCQ type queries.
No. of Question: Total one hundred queries are asked within the exam.
Duration of Exam: The exam length are one hundred eighty minutes (3 hours); 60 minutes are given for every section.

CAT 2020 Marking Scheme:

Below we’ve given the marking scheme of CAT 2020 examination:
Marking Scheme: Candidates are awarded with three marks for each right answer. All the question (MCQ type and Non-MCQ kind questions) contain equal marks.
Negative Marking: For each wrong answer one marks are subtracted. However, there’s no negative marking for Non-MCQ type queries.

Ratio of CAT MCQs & Non-MCQs Questions:
