CDS Result 2024: The Union Public Service Commission will publish the CDS Result 2024 through online mode on its official website. The results consist of a list of names and roll numbers of candidates who have passed the CDS 2024 exam. UPSC CDS cutoff indicates the minimum score that a candidate must score to pass her CDS exam. How to Check CDS Result 2024?

Union Public Service Commission released the CDS 2024 result in online mode in PDF format. Candidates should follow the below-mentioned steps to find the CDS result after the official CDS 2024 result comes out.

• Go through the official website of the UPSC – upsc.gov.in.

• Go for the “Examination” tab.

• Click on “Active Examinations” from the drop-down menu.

• Click on “Combined Defence Services Examination (I or II), 2024”.

• Click on download Combined Defence Services (I or II) result in 2024.

• A PDF with the Roll Number of selected candidates will appear on the screen. Press “Ctrl + F” and type your Roll Number. If it is there in the list, you have qualified in the CDS (II) 2024 Written Exam and are eligible to appear for the next round.

• Download and save the Result of CDS 2024 for the further usage.

What Happens After CDS Result 2024?

After the released of CDS results, candidates who are selected will be invited for the SSB interview and a medical round. The details of the same will be provided after the declaration of the UPSC CDS exam Result.

UPSC CDS Result 2024 Scorecard

CDS Result 2024: Score Calculation Process

UPSC calculates the score by following the process provided below-

• For each correct answer, candidates will be given one mark.

• For each incorrect response, 1/3 mark will be deducted as a negative marking.

• In case candidates mark more than one option then this will be treated as a wrong answer and negative marks will be given.

• The total score of the CDS result will be calculated based on candidates’ correct and incorrect responses.

CDS Marksheet 2024:

UPSC will releases the CDS marksheet containing marks scored by eligible candidates, roll number of candidates, name, date of birth, overall marks obtained in written test and SSB interview, and final overall marks .

What Happens After the Final Declaration of CDS Result 2024?

Candidates who have passed the written exam of CDS 2024 will be eligible to participate in the final round which is SSB interview and intelligence and personality test. The SSB call letter will be sent to every candidate on the registered email ID and the SSB admit card will include the date and time of the notification and the address of her SSB center. All candidates are required to carry the following documents in their original format for SSB interview.
