The procedure of CUSAT Counselling 2024:

Option Entry:
Candidates got to fill the online option whereas registration for CAT 2024.
Candidates those can submit the option solely be eligible to attend the counselling.
Candidates got to submit their choices for colleges and courses through online mode before the last date.
Candidates are suggested to fill choices as much as they can.
There is no restriction in filling on-line choices.
Candidates got to login on the official web site by entering their User Name and Password to fill their preferences.
Any changes or corrections within the filled choices may be done solely before the last date.

Seat Allotment:
After filling choices, candidates got to take the printout of the allotted seat.
The seat allotment result may be checked through the web site.
Candidates will download the counselling call letter to report at the assigned college for document verification.

Reporting to Allotted College:
Candidates should get to present at the counselling venue for the document verification method.
After verifying all the required documents, candidates got to pay the fee to confirm their seats.
If candidates will not accept their seats on stipulated time period or won’t pay the fee, then their effort is going to be cancelled.
If candidates won’t attend the counselling in given date and time, they’ll not be considered for further rounds of counselling.

Cancellation of Admission and Refund of fee:
Candidates, if not satisfied with the assigned seats after taking admission, will cancel their seats.
When a candidate can cancel his/her seat with intimation to the university in writing, the complete fee is going to be refunded by deducting the processing fee of Rs.1000/-.

Required Documents of CUSAT Counselling 2024:

The candidates ought to carry the specified documents for verification at the counselling centre.
CUSAT CAT 2024 Admit Card.
Migration Certificate (for students from outside Kerala state).
S.L.C/10th Mark list & pass certificate (CBSE, ICSE, etc.).
Plus two Mark lists / and pass certificates (CBSE, ICSE, etc.).
Proof of payment of fees.
Certificate to prove Keralite status, for State merit Seats.
Transfer Certificate/Conduct Certificate from the establishment last attended (in the English version).
Four passport size pictures of the candidate.
Community and Non-Creamy Layer certificate within the case of ‘SEBC’ candidates.
Community certificate issued by the Tahsildar within the case of Kerala Scheduled Caste (KSC)/ Kerala Scheduled Tribe (KST) candidates.
Valid Physically handicapped certificate issued by the District Medical Board of the State to that the candidate belongs to (for candidates seeking admission under Physically Challenged Class (PHC).
