Direct Admission of Students Abroad (DASA) is a theme launched by MHRD Govt. of India to provide admission to NRIs and foreign nationals. The last date for receipt of SAT scores for DASA-2020 is as follows:
5th June 2020 for Round 1, 2 and 3
17th July 2020 for Round 4

DASA Application Form 2020:

Candidates should check the given details of DASA 2020 Application Form:

DASA 2020 form will be filled through online mode.
Candidates can get to send Sat Subject test scores to MNNIT Allahabad through the College Board, USA.

DASA 2020 Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates should undergo the following section to understand DASA 2020 Eligibility Criteria:

General Eligibility:
Nationality: NRI/ PIO/ OCI and foreign nationals are eligible to use.

UG Courses:
Age Limit: Applying Candidates should have born on or when first October 1995.
Qualification: Candidates should have passed twelfth level or equivalent examination recognized by the Association of Indian University.
Mandatory Subjects: Candidates should have completed the eleventh and twelfth level with arithmetic and Physics subjects and any one from Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Biology, or engineering.
Percentage: Candidates should have secured a minimum of 60 percent marks (all subjects average of the qualifying exam) or 6.50 CGPA (on a ten-point scale) or equivalent within the qualifying examination.
Appearing: Candidates attending within the twelfth level also are eligible to use.
SAT Score: Candidates should have scored a minimum of 1800 score in Sat subject test which has Physics, Chemistry, and arithmetic as Level two. Sat scores can be sent directly through the school Board to MNNIT Allahabad.

PG Courses:
Qualification: Candidates should possess a Bachelors’s degree of 4-5 years in UG Programme in Engineering/ Technology or equivalent discipline.
Percentage: Candidates should have secured a minimum of hr marks (all subjects’ average of the qualifying exam) or half dozen.50 CGPA (on a ten-point scale) or equivalent within the qualifying test.
M.Tech/M.Arch/M.Des. /M.Plan: Attending candidates should have scored a total (minimum) of three hundred GRE Revised General tests taken (Quantitative + Verbal).
For Master in Business: Candidates should have scored a minimum of 480 GMAT test scores for MBA.

DASA Merit List 2020:

DASA 2020 merit List is ready by the authority and released on-line. For UG courses, the merit list is ready on the premise of total Sat subject scores solely. Those candidates whose valid scores of Sat are received by MNNIT Allahabad before the second week of June 2020 from the College Board can solely be thought of for merit list & seat allotment method.

For the PG course, the merit list is on the premise of total GRE/ GMAT test scores solely. Candidates whose valid score of GRE/ GMAT are received by MNNIT Allahabad before last week of June 2020 are thought of for merit list & seat allotment method.

DASA 2020 Selection Procedure

DASA 2020 selection for UG courses is done in four rounds whereas for PG are in 2 rounds. Candidates who are eligible would be thought of for the first round of allotment. Candidates can need to ensure their possibility before the last week of June 2020.

Candidates those who can attend round one can have 2 selections either of acceptive or declining the assigned seat. If candidates can settle for, the assigned course/ institute allotment letter is generated. If candidates can decline, the rights for more seat allotment in round 2nd are lost. He/she can solely eligible to register for round 4th& spot round.

All candidates those who won’t be chosen for round one or that they had opted for settle for in round one are thought of for round two choices. The same rule is applicable for round three. For round four, UG candidates can need to send a valid Sat subject test score.

DASA 2020 Counselling:

Shortlisted candidates are attending for DASA 2020 counseling. it will be conducted through online mode. The counseling schedule is notified once the merit list declaration. The seat allotment list is declared once every round of counsel. it’ll be assigned as per the selection of candidates created for the collaborating institutes.
