Odisha DET 2025 Registration will be started soon. Odisha DET (Directorate of Technical Education & Training, Odisha) 2025 will be held by the Directorate of Technical Education & Training, Odisha. The Odisha DET may be a state-level entrance examination , organized to provide the admission in first year Polytechnic of Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture/ Non-Engineering/ Film & T.V courses.
From the year 2016, there’ll be no entrance examination of Odisha DET 2025 conducted for admission. There’ll be direct admission for all the candidates, and therefore the candidates also can get the admission through Lateral Entry (LE) of Engineering/Technology courses.
The Application Forms for Odisha DET 2025 are going to be available through online mode at the official website on July 2025. How to Apply for DET Odisha 2025:
The Interested and Eligible Candidates will need to fill the application form in online mode only.
Candidates got to visit the official website of DTET.
Then click on the link for “Odisha DET 2025 application form for Admission”.
On the main page, first candidates need to register themselves by entering the personal details and click on submit button.
The candidates will receive the confirmation message with registration number and password.
Candidates got to enter the registration number and password for logging into their accounts.
After that, candidates need to fill the application form by entering the personal and academic details.
Then candidates need to upload the scanned documents like an image of photo and signature.
Then candidates need to submit the application by click on the “submit” button.
The fees page are going to be displayed on the screen.
Candidates will need to pay the application fee through online or offline mode; then only they will successfully submit the application. Otherwise, the application won’t be considered.
After completing all the method , candidates must take a printout of the application and fee receipt for further reference.

DET Odisha Application Fee 2025:
The application fee of DET Odisha is Rs.150/-, and for reserved category candidates, the application fee is Rs. 100/-. The applicants need to make the payment of application fee at the time of filling the applying Form, and also the application fee is non-refundable.
For general male candidate: Rs. 300/-
For ST/SC/PC/Female candidates: Rs. 200/-

Eligibility Criteria for Odisha DET 2025:
The candidate’s minimum age must be 14 years for applying within the Odisha DET as on 1st week of July 2025.
There will be no maximum age limit.
The candidates should have cleared the 10th and 12th class or any equivalent examination conducted by BSE.
The candidates must have obtained the minimum 35% marks within the qualifying examination. Minimum 30% marks are required within the rest of the subjects individually.
The candidates should have taken the Mathematics, English, and Science within the qualifying examination.
The candidates appearing within the qualifying examination also can apply.
