MP The Directorate of Technical Education, Madhya Pradesh is the organizing authority of counseling to provide admission to the candidates in their willing courses. Admission will be provided to the candidates in ME/M.Tech, course through completing the admission procedure conducted through this authority.

The merit list will be prepared through the Directorate of Technical Education, Madhya Pradesh for admission of the candidates in the various institutions of Madhya Pradesh State. DTE MP 2024 Online ME/M.Tech Schedule 

Below we have provided all the information regarding the schedule of ME/M. Tech admission procedure.

DTE MP 2024 Online ME/M.Tech Application Form 

The DTE MP Online ME/M. Tech 2nd Round Application Form will be released on the official website and those applicants are willing to complete their ME/M. Tech course at the institutions of Madhya Pradesh State and they have qualified marks in GATE examination.

They can fill the application form. Application form filling steps are mentioned below.

• First of all, applicants should have to go on the official website of the Directorate of Technical Education, Madhya Pradesh.
• Applicants have to register themselves for a counseling session and they have to fill and lock their choices of course and college in the required field.
• The applicants have to submit qualifying details with the application form and make the payment of the counseling fee through online mode.
• Applicants have to take the copy of the registration form after submission.

DTE MP Online ME/M.Tech Eligibility Criteria

Below we have provided all the information regarding the eligibility criteria if they are willing to get admission in this program.

• Citizenship: Candidates should belong to Indian Citizenship.
• Qualification: The candidates must have completed their graduation in Engg./Technology with at least 50% marks, Candidate belonging to SC/ST/OBC (excluding creamy layer) categories of Madhya Pradesh with at least 45% marks. Bachelor’s degree be of a minimum of four years duration should have been obtained from any AICTE approved institution or Indian University or from a foreign University recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) or institute recognized by the AIU or any Institutes of national importance (i.e. IITs/IISc/ NITs etc.), duly recognized by the MHRD, as equivalent thereto.
• Qualifying Exam: Applicants should have at least 02 (two) years of experience in the relevant field after passing the qualifying examination.
• They should be qualified in the GATE examination to be selected for admission.

DTE MP Online ME/M.Tech Merit List 2024

The merit list will publish on the official website of the Directorate of Technical Education, Madhya Pradesh and those applicants will be qualified in the GATE examination, complete the mock test, and counseling procedure, they will be shortlisted in the final merit list prepared through authority.

Cut Off

As per the cut off marks, applicants will be verified as qualified for admission in ME/M.Tech course. It is the minimum qualifying marks, which should obtain by the candidates.

DTE MP Online ME/M.Tech Reservation Criteria

There is 16%, 20%, and 14% of the seats are reserved for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Other Backward Classes (excluding Creamy Layer) respectively.

DTE MP Online ME/M.Tech Seats Availability

DTE MP Online ME/M. Tech 2024 Allotment Letter will be Available for Qualifying Exam Based Round.

The seats will be released for the candidates in various technical/professional educational institutions and if any new number of the seats has been granted in any existing institute then it would be granted through appropriate authority on or before 30th June of that year.

DTE MP Online ME/M.Tech Counseling Procedure

DTE MP Online ME/M. Tech 2024 college-level Counseling Registration will be started in November 2024. Applicants will get admission to the B.Pharm course in their aspiring selected institutes of Gujarat State after completing the admission procedure.

• Online Counseling procedures will be held through the conducting authority and those applicants will be qualified in the GATE examination, they will be able to go for the first round of counseling.
• The second round of counseling will be conducted if any seats will be vacant and those will be qualified in the entrance test or they have an Award of degree by University/Institution in the qualifying examination.
• On the official website of DTE, Madhya Pradesh, and newspapers, the counseling schedule will be announced and candidates have to carry original required documents in the admitted institutions.
• Seats will be allotted to the candidates based on a joint merit list of candidates of all categories. The applicants have to report to the concerned institution before the cut-off date, which will be mentioned in the admission slip released by the conducting Authority at the time of counseling.
• The applicants have to pay fees in the institution as per the rules of the Government of Madhya Pradesh as applicable to them on the date of admission.
• Applicants will get admission in Government Autonomous institution declared by the State Government, Government aided institutions, and Self-financing autonomous institutions in Madhya Pradesh, which is approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi.
