Instructions for Candidates:

Candidates need to follow the given instructions on the day of the exam:
Candidates need to report at the exam center before the hour of the start of the GATE 2024 Examination.
No candidates are going to be allowed to enter the examination hall after 09:30 AM (Forenoon session) & after 2:30 PM (Afternoon session) of the GATE 2024 Examination.
It is compulsory to bring a valid GATE Hall Ticket 2024 on exam day. Otherwise, candidates won’t be allowed to appear within the GATE 2024 Examination.
The candidate has got to carry the admit card together with the one prescribed photo Id proof.
Candidates’ photo ID proof details should match the admit card details.
No candidate is going to be permitted after the prescribed reporting time.
During the GATE 2024 Examination, no candidates are going to be allowed to go away from the examination hall before the closure of the test.
In the Examination hall, only admit cards, identification cards & pens are going to be permitted to be taken inside the examination hall.
A simple wristwatch with none calculation device is permissible at the Examination Hall.
