GMVSS 2019 Practical and Theory Examinations:

Both the practical and the Theory Examinations are conducted doubly a year in May-June and in October–November. practical Examinations are organized at your DD’s/AD’s solely. Minimum 5 subjects are needed for the complete Board Examination at Senior Secondary Level. The candidate might choose maximum of 2subjects additional.

GMVSS 2019 Declaration of Results and Issue of Certificates and Mark Sheet:

Immediately on completion of board examination however not exceeding one month, results would be declared and certificates/ mark-sheets would be issued through the educational Centres. the subsequent certificates would be issued by the GMVSS: l Mark-sheet and examination certificate l Migration/transfer certificate.

Eligibility of Compartment:

A Candidate failing in 2 of the taken subjects of board examination shall be placed in compartment.

Compartment Examination:
A candidate placed in Compartment might reappear at Compartment Examination to be control in Next by the board. The candidate are declared ‘PASS’ provided he/ she qualifies the compartmental subjects within which he/she had failed.
A candidate who doesn’t appear or fails at one or all the eight chances of compartment shall be treated to have failed within the examination and shall be needed to reappear in all the subjects at the following annual examination of the Board as per syllabus and courses laid down for the examination involved in order to pass the examination. The candidate’s practical marks/internal assessment marks obtained within the ‘Main Examination’ are carried over until the eight chance compartmental examination. The candidate shall have the option to appear at the sensible examination within the subjects involving practical or retain their previous marks in one more annual examination, after the eight chances of the compartment.
Syllabi and Courses for the compartmental Candidates in Examination shall be a similar as applicable to the candidates of full subjects showing at the examination.
For subjects involving practical work, just in case the candidate has passed in practical at the main examination he/she shall seem solely in theory part and previous practical marks are carried forward and accounted for. Just in case a candidate has unsuccessful in practical he/she shall need to seem in theory and sensible each irrespective of the fact that he/she has already cleared the theory examination.
