Gujarat ITI 2023 Seat Allotment for fourth round has been released. It is a state level admission procedure held by Directorate of Employment and Training (DET), Gujarat. Candidates willing to take admission in various Engineering & Non-Engineering ITI courses offered can apply for this. Candidates will be selected based on the merit list for admission. The conducting authority will not held any separate entrance exam for admission to ITI course.

Gujarat ITI 2023 Application Form

Below we have provided all the information regarding the Gujarat ITI Admission 2023 application form:

• The conducting authority will release the application form through online mode.
• The application form of Gujarat ITI 2023 will release from first week of May 2023.
• Applicants will be able to fill the application form by providing their personal details such as name, date of birth, gender, category, mobile number, etc.
• Details related to class 10^th exam such as passing year, school name, marks obtained, etc. will also be asked in application form.
• The candidates need to upload the scanned copies of their photograph and signature in the application form.
• Applicants have to fill the application form according to instruction, any alteration in details can cause rejection of application form.
• The last date to submit the application form will be till fourth week of June 2023.
• Applicants must take the copy of the application form for future usage.

Application Fee:

• The Gujarat ITI application fee will be submitted through online mode.
• The application fee will be Rs 50/-.
• Applicants will be able to pay the application fee by Debit card, Credit card, and Net Banking for transaction.
• The application fee will be non-refundable.

How to Apply for Gujarat ITI Admission

• Step-1: Visit the official website of Gujarat ITI (or go for the direct link provided above).
• Step-2: Click on the ‘New Registration’ link.
• Step-3: Enter the details to fill the application form like personal, academic, contact number, etc.
• Step-4: Candidates will required to upload a scanned image of passport size photograph & signature in JPEG format with less than 50 KB in size.
• Step-5: The fee for the application form will be submitted in the online mode.
• Step-6: Take the printout of the application form for future reference.

Gujarat ITI Admission Eligibility Criteria

Below we have provided all the information regarding the eligibility criteria for Gujarat ITI Admission 2023 which candidates have to full fill before applying:

• Nationality: The candidate must be citizen of India.
• Qualification: Applicants must pass 10^th class or its equivalent from any recognized board.
• Age Limit: The minimum age of candidate must be 14 years.
• There will be no upper age limit criteria to apply.
• Domicile: Applicants must have domicile holder of Gujarat state.
• Appearing: Applicants appearing for their final exam in 2023 will also be eligible to apply.

Gujarat ITI Admission 2023 Merit List

The merit list for the Gujarat ITI 2023 will be released through online mode on the website. The process of admission will be prepared on the basis of candidates qualifying examination marks. The merit list will be released from third week of July 2023.

The candidates will be able to check their names and ranking in the merit list. Further process of counselling and admission of the candidates will be carried out as per their names in the merit list. The final merit list will be released by authority after completion of objection facility.

Gujarat ITI Counselling 2023

The candidates who will successfully selected for Gujarat ITI will be called for the counselling process. Candidates who will qualify as per the merit list will get the chance to appear in the counselling for finalizing the admission process in the Gujarat ITI. At the time of counselling, candidates must have carry some of the important documents for the verification process.

Allotment of the seat to any candidate will depend on their performance in the qualifying exam and rank in the merit list followed by document verification. The candidates who will be selected for the counselling process must attend the counselling on the specified date and time at the given center.

Gujarat ITI Admission 2023 Admission

Applicants who will be allotted a seat at the time of counselling need to report to allotted institute. Candidates will get final admission after all rounds, fee payment, payment, and verification of mandatory documents.

The candidate should report for the admission as per the date and time. No candidates will be granted admission if they fail to present at the allotted institute within the given time limit. Classes into different ITI institutes is expected to commence from month of August 2023.
