HP ANM 2024: Application (Soon), Dates, Eligibility Criteria, Score Card, Cut Off, Counseling

HP ANM 2024 application form will be released soon. HP ANM 2024 is organized by IGMC, Auditorium, IGMC Complex, Shimla. ANM stands for Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery course. Applicants who are willing to get admission to the ANM course offered within the state of Himachal Pradesh got to apply by filling and submitting the application form released on the official website of the university.

The notification related to the Himachal Pradesh ANM Admission 2024 has been updated by the Directorate of Medical and Education. Applicants who fulfill the eligibility criteria and submit the application form on the given time will be eligible to urge admission to the diploma course in Auxiliary Nurse and Midwife course in different colleges.

With the admission procedure, many governments and ANM Training institutions located in Himachal Pradesh are joined to supply admission to the qualified applicants within the ANM course.

HP ANM 2024 Application Form:

Information about the application form is given below for the reference of the applicants.

• Submission of application forms for general areas till the 8th of August 2024.
• Submission of application forms for tribal/ hard areas till the 12th of August 2024.
• Directorate of Medical Education and Research, are going to be responsible to release the application forms for the applicants.
• Applicants who want to use for the admission procedure of the ANM course in different colleges of Himachal Pradesh got to fill the application form.
• Applicants are instructed to submit the duly filled application form before the due date to avoid rejection of the same.
• Official authorities won’t consider application forms that are received after the last date.
• To get admission within the ANM courses, applicants got to meet the eligibility criteria set by the university before filing the application form.
• Applicants must also read all the instructions regarding the applying process carefully before filing the applying form.
• For the reference of the applicant’s authorities have given all the instruction associated with the application form on the official website itself.
• So applicants got to fill the application form correctly with all necessary details.

HP ANM 2024 Application Fee:

Information regarding the application fee is mentioned below for the reference of the applicants:

• Applicants are instructed to pay the application fee once the form is filled and submitted.
• Applicants who belong to the general category are requested to pay Rs 400/- as application fee for the admission procedure.
• And application fee is Rs 200/- for those applicants who belong to reserved categories like SC or ST.
• Applicants pays the application fee in online mode only.
• That means applicants are in a position to pay the application fee by debit card, credit card, or net banking.
• For the knowledge of the applicants, the application fee once paid won’t be refunded back to the account.

HP ANM 2024 Eligibility Criteria:

Information related to the eligibility criteria is given below for the reference of the applicants:

Age criteria:

• To get admission within the ANM courses offered within the universities, applicants must be above the age of 17 years at the time of admission.
• Only those applicants are eligible to apply for the ANM course within the university who are below the age of 35 years at the time of admission (as on 31st December of the admission year).
• The authorities have given 5 years’ relaxation to the reserved category applicants that mean they ought to be below the age of 40 years at the time of admission.

Educational qualification:

• The applicant must have completed the HSC exam from a recognized board or university in any stream.

Qualifying marks:

• One should score not less than 40% marks within the HSC exams (passing marks that are a minimum of 35% marks just in case of reserved category applicants).

HP ANM 2024 Merit List:

Directorate of Medical and Education is that the official authority that gives admission to the applicants within the ANM courses in several government and personal ANM Training institutions located in Himachal Pradesh.

To get admission in such colleges, applicants got to fill out and submit the appliance form which can be available in online mode on the official website.

Applicants are advised to submit the duly filled form before the due date to avoid cancellation of the form by the authorities.

Once all the application forms are received by the official authorities, a separate merit list are going to be prepared.

The merit list are going to be prepared based on the information provided by the applicants related to the scored marks within the academic exams.

So applicants who have scored well within the HSC exam are eligible to urge admission to the university.

Based on the merit list authorities will call applicants for counseling round.

And within the counseling round authorities will provide admission to the applicants.

HP ANM 2024 Counseling:

Applicants can refer to the official website of the university or the local newspaper to urge information about the counseling schedule.

In the counseling round applicants are instructed to carry all important documents together with them for the verification process.

The counseling process will completely depend upon the merit list. Applicants who have a higher rank within the merit list are eligible to urge admission within the university.

The applicants are going to be nominated based on Merit and also the seats obtainable for every category.
