Candidate must be Indian
The candidate is subject to Nepal or Bhutan
Tibetan refugee who is permanently settled in India before 1st January 1962 also can apply.

Scheduled Tribes and Scheduled Castes are going to be given age relaxation of 05 years
Other Backward Classes – Non-Creamy Layer or OBC-NCL are going to be given age relaxation of 03 years
Persons with Disability (PWD) are going to be given age relaxation of 10 years
Ex-Servicemen, Short Service Commissioned Officers), Commissioned Officers (including Emergency Commissioned Officers, who were in service since 5-years and resigned as per the assigned project will get age relaxation of 5 years
The original residents of Kashmir Division of the State of J&K from January 1980 to December 1989 also get age relaxation of 05 years
Candidates affected by 1984 riots will get 05 years age relaxation.

IBPS PO 2023 Exam Pattern:

Exam Pattern for the Preliminary Exam:
Prelims will take place in online mode. The questions are going to be based on Multiple Choice Questions pattern
The questions will appear in three different sections like Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, and English.
In all, there’ll be 100 questions for 100 marks
Candidate must complete the examination within an hour
The question paper will appear in languages like English and Hindi
Every incorrect answer will cause a reduction of 0.25 marks

Exam Pattern for the Main Exam:

Candidates are required to finish the test within 2 hours of time duration
Overall, there’ll be 200 questions for 200 marks
There will be 5 different sections within the exam like Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness, English and Computer Knowledge.
The question paper will appear in languages like English and Hindi excluding the English section.
