IBPS RRB Application Form 2023 will be released soon through online mode. The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will release IBPS RRB form 2023 in June. The window to fill the application form will remain open till July. Candidates who wish to apply for the IBPS RRB exam are required to fill the application form online. IBPS RRB application form process includes registration, uploading of documents, filling the details, and fee payment. the applying fee is Rs 600 for General/OBC/EWS candidates while it’s Rs 100 for SC/ST/PwD categories.

Candidates are advised to carefully fill the IBPS RRB application form 2023 as per the instruction provided by the examination authority. No changes are going to be allowed in any of the data after the final submission.

Pre-requisites before filling IBPS RRB Registration 2023:

Candidates should keep the subsequent details handy while filling the application form:
Active mobile number and email ID
Scanned passport-sized photograph
Scanned copy of candidate’s signature
Scanned Left Thumb Impression
A handwritten declaration
Details of credit/debit card for fee payment

How to fill IBPS RRB Application Form 2023?

The steps to fill the application form of IBPS RRB are given below:

Step 1 – IBPS RRB Registration 2023:

Visit the official website of IBPS
Click ‘Apply online for IBPS RRB’
Click ‘New Registration’ to register IBPS RRB
Click the post candidates want to apply for
Fill the private details and communication details
Confirm the main points by verifying the same.
Enter the security code and click on ‘Save and Next’
Post-registration, a provisional registration ID and password are going to be generated and displayed on the screen
An E-mail and SMS regarding the registration ID and password also are sent to the candidates

Step 2 – Uploading of documents:

After successful registration, candidates should proceed towards uploading photographs, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration. Candidates can follow the steps below for uploading the documents:

Log in with the registration number and password
Click the relevant links for uploading photograph, signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration
Browse to the location where the scanned documents are saved
Click on the Upload/Open button
Specification for Photograph, Signature, Left Thumb Impression and Handwritten Declaration:

Photograph format:
Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)
Size of file should be between 20kb–50 kb

Signature format :
Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels (preferred)
Size of file should be between 10kb – 20kb

Left Thumb Impression:
Dimensions: 240 x 240 pixels
File Size: 20 KB- 50 KB

Handwritten Declaration:
Dimensions: 800 x 400 pixels
File Size: 50 KB-100 KB

Step 3 – Filling the Application Form:

The application page has three tabs, basic, qualification/experience/language, and survey
Under the essential Tab, candidates got to enter the category, religion, nationality, and disability information.
Enter the IBPS RRB exam center with the correct state code.
Enter personal details like gender, father’s name, mother’s name, etc.
Communication details like correspondence address, permanent address with pin code and state
Under the Qualification/Experience/Language tab, enter the main points of graduation like the subject, type of degree, year of passing, and percentage obtained.
Enter the present and previous work experiences
Enter proficiency in languages, states, and preferred RRBs.
Under the survey tab, candidates got to mention the selection of organizations where they desire to be recruited
Preview the details mentioned within the form.
After filling the details, click on ‘I agree’ to declare that the information entered within the form is authentic and correct.

Step 4 – Fee payment:

Candidates need to pay the application fee through online mode through debit card, credit card, IMPS, Net banking, Cash Cards/Mobile Wallets.

In the case of the debit card, they have to enter the card number, expiry date, and CVV number.
In case of credit card, enter card number and PIN
If candidates choose net banking, then they have to enter the bank details asked.
For IMPS, add beneficiary by mentioning account details of the organization to which candidates desire to transfer the money.
If candidates wish to pay the fee through Mobile Wallets/Cash Cards, enter the login details asked.
After entering and verifying the main points, click on Pay.

Step 5 – Taking printout of confirmation page:

After the final submission and payment, an additional page of IBPS RRB application form is displayed
Enter the requisite details as per the instructions
An e-receipt is generated after successful fee payment
Print the e-receipt.
Print the final IBPS RRB form.

IBPS RRB Application Form 2023 Important Points:

Not more than one application for any cadre (Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and Officers) should be submitted by candidates.
In the case of multiple Applications, only the latest completed application is going to be retained.
Only applications are accepted for the IBPS RRB recruitment exam.
