IIST 2021 Eligibility Criteria:

IIST Eligibility Criteria:

Nationality of Candidates:

Qualifying Examination:
The interested candidates ought to secure a minimum of seventy-fifth aggregate marks in class XII (or equivalent) board examination.
SC, ST, and Pd candidates should have obtained a minimum of sixty-fifth aggregate marks in class XII so as to be considered eligible for IIST B.Tech admission 2021.
The final examination of the 10+2 system, conducted by any recognized Central / State Board, like Central Board of secondary education, New Delhi; Council for Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi, etc.
Any Public School/Board/University examination in India or in any foreign country recognized as equivalent to the 10+2 system by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU)
S.C. vocational examination.
Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Institute of Open Schooling with a minimum of 5 subjects.
