KVPY (Inspire SHE) 2025 Application Form will be released soon through online mode. Now KVPY has been subsumed with INSPIRE as decided by DST. KVPY Registration 2025 are going to be through online mode. The application process will begin from the second week of July 2025. Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) may be a national level scholarship program up to Pre-Ph.D. Level or 5 year whichever is earlier.

Candidate’s selection is going to be done on the basis of the Aptitude Test & Interview organized by the Indian Institute of Science (IISc). The KVPY 2025 exam is going to be held within the month of November 2025. Candidates must undergo this article for updated details regarding KVPY Registration 2025.

KVPY 2025 Application Form:

Candidates must undergo following details related KVPY 2025 Registration:

Candidates are going to be able to register for KVPY 2025 through online mode from the second week of July 2025.
The registration process is going to be only until the first week of September 2025.
Correct details must be entered by the candidates while filling the application form.
Candidates must register using valid Email ID & Mobile number within the form.
Login User ID & password are going to be provided to the candidate’s number & email ID.
Candidates will need to fill all required personal & academic details within the form.
Upload recent passport size photograph in JPG or JPEG format (not more than 150 KB).
Candidates also will need to upload a scanned image of signature within the same format as the image (less than 80 KB).
No change or edit is going to be entertained within the KVPY 2025 form after the final submission.
Reserved category candidates also will need to upload a scanned copy of the certificate.
PwD candidates will need to upload a medical certificate within the PDF format (less than 300 KB).
Candidates must take multiple print outs of form & keep it safe until the admission process.

How to Apply for KVPY 2025:

Candidates must undergo following step by step procedure for KVPY 2025 Registration:

Visit the official link. (link are going to be provided above)
Click on the “Registration & Application” link.
Fill all the details & click on the “Submit” button.
Candidates will receive user ID & password on registered mail ID or mobile number.
Enter log in details & click on the “Login” button.
Fill other details like qualifying exam, exam center, etc.
Upload scanned image of photograph & signature at the prescribed format.
Upload category/ medical certificate. (if applicable)
Now, click on the “Continue to payment” option.
Submit the application fee.
Check the application status after two days of submission.
Take a print out after approval for further use.

KVPY Application Fee 2025:

KVPY Registration Fee is going to be paid through online mode.
Payment is going to be done using credit card/ debit card/ net- banking.
The application fee for General or OBC category candidates are going to be of Rs.1000.
Reserved category candidates will need to pay Rs.500.
All bank charges (if applicable) are going to be extra charges.
The application fee is going to be non-refundable.
