KVS Admissions 2019-20: Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan is a summation of 1093 central government schools attached to the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) of the govt. of India. KVS Admissions 2019-20 Age Relaxation:

For physically unfit candidates, the age limit is relaxable by 02 years within the case.
For Class IX candidates, there’s no age restriction provided the candidate is seeking admission into class X within the same year.
For Class XII candidates, there’s no age limit provided there’s no break within the continuous study.

KVS Admissions 2019-20 Seat Relaxation:

7.5 % of scheduled candidates.
15 % of SC candidates.
3 % for differently abled candidates.
25 % for student belonging to Economically weaker sections of society (EWS).

Kendriya Vidyalaya Admission 2019-20 Registration:

Only if there are seats offered within the specific category, the registration for classes are done.
Registration forms are offered at the beginning of the academic year with the respective principal of KVS schools.
Registration forms ought to be submitted to the respective KVS schools before the last date for submission, complete in all respects.

Documents to be Attached to the Registration Form 2019-20:

For Class I:
Certificate of proof of age within the form of a birth certificate issued by the authority competent to register births.

For Different Classes:
The date of birth would be accepted which recorded within the transfer certificate issued by a school recognized by the State Education Department.
The original DOB certificate ought to be returned to the parent after verification.
Admissions up to category VIII is also granted without any school transfer certificate provided the child is otherwise eligible and his birth certificate has been issued by a Govt. body or affidavit.
A certificate of relationship should be produced for grandchildren of the Honorable Members of Parliament, PSU Employees and KVS Employees.
SC/ST/EWS/OBC and BPL classes candidates are needed to produce a certificate issued by a state or union government.
Handicapped or physically disabled candidates are needed to produce a certificate from a civil surgeon or rehabilitation centre.
A certificate of retirement for Uniformed Defense Personnel.

KVS Admissions 2019

KVS Admission Method 2019-20:

For Class I:
Out of the available seats of fresh admission, 15 % are going to be reserved for SC and 7.5 % are going to be reserved for SC/ST candidates.
There will be 2 phases for the admission to first class.
The short fall within the seats reserved for SC/ST, if any shall be created good by admitting SC/ST candidates.

Neighbourhood & Proof Of Residence:
Proof of residence shall have to be compelled to be created by all candidates.
However, due to the non-submission of Proof of residence, the admission can’t be denied.
A self-declaration in writing from the parent regarding distance can also be accepted to this impact.
For the purpose of monitoring a system of Draw of lots to be held in class I, every Kendriya Vidyalaya can represent a committee.

For Class II to Class VIII:

For Class IX:
Admission shall be granted within the sequence of priority classes, in the order of advantage.

For Class XI:
Admission to category XII in streams of Humanities, Commerce and Science are going to be on the basis of merit list.
The merit list are going to be ready as the CGPA obtained by the student in school X.
Class strength is reserved at forty per stream.

For Class 10 & 12:
For Admission to category 10 in Kendriya Vidyalaya other than kv students are going to be entertained subject to accessibility of vacancies. Only if the average strength in school ten or twelve is below forty, the Deputy Commissioner of the Region involved KVs can consider such admission to class ten .

Priorities are given as:

Category I:
Children of transferable and non-transferable central government workers.
Children of ex-servicemen.
Children of foreign national officials, who come on deputation or transfer to India on invitation by Govt. of India.
Category II:
Children of transferable and non-transferable staff of Autonomous Bodies/Public Sector Undertaking/Institute of higher Learning of the govt. of India.
Category III:
Children of transferable and non-transferable authorities employees.
Category IV:
Same as category II
Category V:
Children from the other class together with the children of foreign nationals who are located in India due to their work or for any personal reasons.
Only just in case, there aren’t any Indian Nationals’ waitlisted for admission, then the children of Foreign Nationals would be considered.
