KVS Application Form 2025 will be released soon. Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) will open the online registration portal for KVS Admission for the academic year 2025 within the first week of March. Candidates will directly fill out the form on the official site to induce admission to varied classes in Kendriya Vidyalaya schools.

The first admission list are going to be released within the month of March while the second admission list are going to be declared within the month of April. KVS on-line application method are aiming to be started from the first week of March 2025. KVS 2025 Application Form:

Once the application form of KVS is submitted, the candidates need to download the confirmation page of it. To do so, candidates can simply login by entering the registration number and date of birth and click on the tab for printing of the confirmation page. The page could also be required during various stage of recruitment.

Candidates who can submit the applying form properly, can get the admit card of KVS 2025. The admit card are issued through login and candidates can need to produce a hard copy of it. Candidates can need to carry the copy on the examination day or they’ll not be permissible to enter the examination hall.

How to Apply for KVS 2025:

Step-1: Candidates are needed to apply on-line through Kendnya Vidyalaya Sangathan site at www.kvsangathan.nic.in.

Step-2: Carefully fill within the complete details in on-line application form:
The name of the candidate, Date of Birth and his/her Parents’ name etc. need to be spelled correctly within the application because it appears within the class X certificates/ mark sheets. At the time of filling the web application, candidates are suggested to fill their particular, i.e., name, father/mother name, date of birth, caste, gender correctly. After the examination or at the time of the interview, the request for change of particulars especially for change of category/ sub-category won’t be pleased by KVS.

Step-3: Fill within the Post details that you’re applying after completely browsing the eligibility criteria for various teaching Posts:
A candidate could apply for more than one post if he/ she is eligible and needs to do so. In such cases, the candidate can need to pay the requisite Fee for all the posts applied for. However, within PGTs/ TGTs, a candidate shall apply solely in one subject as the written test for all subjects of PGTs/ TGTs are conducted during a single shift.

Step-4: Within the Examination Details, you would like to give preference for Exam Location and Posting Zone.

Step-5: Fill within the educational Qualification Details rigorously as it are going to be examined at the final selection stage.

Step-6: Login id and Password would be generated on successful submission of application and may be displayed on the screen. Candidates are suggested to notice down their login id and password for future use.

Step-7: Log in for subsequent step together with your registration number and Date of Birth.

Step-8: Scan and upload your recent photograph, signature and thumb impression at the suitable places as per directions contained within the on-line application format and submit an equivalent online:
The digital size of the file of the images should be but fifty KB. The digital size of the signature file should be between but twenty KB. photo and signature should be clearly visible and photo should be identifiable also.

Step-9: after successful upload of photograph and signature, the online site can take you to the payment gateway for the payment of Application fees.

Step-10: A link are provided within the online site of KVS for downloading the admit card for written test/ interview. Candidates are needed to download the admit card for written test/ interview from Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan internet site, i.e., www.kvsangathan.nic.in. Candidates are needed to go to KVS internet site frequently with regard to downloading the admit card for written test / interview and other updates etc. No correspondence shall be pleased by the KVS nor KVS shall send separate intimation to the candidates to this impact.

KVS Application Fee 2025:

The application fee will solely be paid on-line. the amount of fee for Principal and Vice-Principal post is Rs.1500. The same for PGTs, TGTs, Librarian, Primary Teacher, and Primary Teacher (Music) is Rs.1000. The mode to pay the fee are often internet banking, debit / credit card, etc.
