Bihar Law Admission 2023 will be started soon through online mode. Candidates can register through CLAT scores.
Admissions in UG, PG and Doctoral law programmes in the various state colleges and universities will be provided through national level CLAT entrance exams.
After qualifying the entrance exam, candidates will be called for counselling where provided the seats as per their preferences. So, it is must to attend the counselling procedure.
CLAT 2023 (Common Law Admission Test) is a national level examination managed by NLUs on rotation basis. Some universities organize their own entrance exam for providing admissions into Ph.D. courses.

The CLAT 2023 application form has been started. The candidates those are eligible can fill the application form for admission. The eligibility criteria required to appear in the entrance exam are as follows:
- No upper age limit to apply for CLAT.
- Candidates willing to get admission in a law UG course, should pass the 12th or equivalent examination with 45% marks (40% for SC/ST category candidates).
- For admission in law PG courses, candidates should possess the LL.B or its equivalent degree from a recognized university/college with minimum required marks.
- Appearing candidates are also eligible to apply.
After declaration of the entrance exam result, candidates are shortlisted for the counselling as per their ranks. Candidates will have to register on the respective counselling website for participating in the counselling.
In a counselling session, candidates will have to fill the preferences of colleges and courses after making payment of counselling fee.
The conducting authority will allot the seats to the candidates on the basis of choices filled by the candidates, rank of the candidates and availability of seats in participating institutions.
