Meghalaya DIET 2020 Eligibility Criteria:
Candidate should understand eligibility criteria before applying for the examination
Candidates who did not fulfill the given criteria are going to be disqualified from the entrance test.
Candidates should have passed HSC or its equivalent with a minimum of five hundredth marks from recognized board/institute.
Candidate with reserved class is going to be given five percent relaxation.
Candidates who have given HSC examination may apply for the entrance test provided they have to have original documents at the time of counsel.
Candidates, the minimum age limit is eighteen years max age limit is twenty-seven years as on time of counsel.
Meghalaya DIET Merit List:
The merit list is going to be ready based on the overall marks secured in the Entrance exam.
Among the candidates having a similar total mark, a candidate is going to be graded higher than the rest by age. A candidate senior in age shall be graded higher so as of merit.
The intermediate merit of distinguished sportspersons shall be ready as per the factors as mentioned at 10.4(B)3, supra.
There shall be no personal interview for the choice of candidates. However, counsel shall be control for ascertaining the credentials and sponsoring the candidates to completely different DIETs and in privately managed institutions.
Meghalaya DIET 2020 Counselling:
Students who have qualified for Meghalaya DIET 2020 counseling need to follow all the rules to induce admission in faculties.
Students who clear the merit list they’re going to be remembered for the counseling.

Aadhar Card/Voter Id
Caste Certificate for OBC/SC/ST Students
Two colored passport size photos.
Student’s admission is going to be canceled if they found to own obtained by false, forged, fabricated, or tampered documents.
Meghalaya D.El.Ed will cancel Student’s admission at any stage besides registering a criminal case against him/her and expulsion him/her for re-admission in D.El.Ed for 3 years
In case of any Dispute, the ultimate decision is going to be taken by the Director DIET Meghalaya.

Since the admission in 2 years D.El.Ed course is going to be created by examination followed by the counseling by the Meghalaya Board of faculty education Meghalaya in Govt. DIET establishments and twenty-eight recognized personal establishments so no migration can allow in favor of any candidates from one establishment to a different institution after admission neither in Govt. DIET nor in private D.El.Ed establishments to avoid wasting the time, money and human resources similarly.
