NEET 2023 5th Round Allotment for BDS & BSc Nursing has been Released on 18th October 2023. NTA (National Testing Agency) is the agency that is responsible for organizing the NEET entrance test every year. It’s a national level entrance test conducted to provide admission into MBBS /BDS courses. NEET 2023 exam is a single medical examination for admission to the MBBS course. NEET UG 2023 Application Form:

Know complete details regarding the NEET 2023 application form within the below-given section:
NEET 2023 Application process is going to be completely carried out through online mode. No other mode for application is going to be entertained.
Candidates are advised to submit just one application form as multiple application submission may cause rejection of the form.
Students at the time of the registration are instructed to register with their valid email id and mobile number as all the communication or other details are going to be sent to it.
The application process will undergo various steps – Online registration, filling from details within the application, uploading of a scanned image of photograph & signature, making payment of application fee, and printing of application & fee payment receipt.
Students, who have made mistakes while filling the application form of NEET, are going to be able to make the correction within the details of the application from the third week of January 2023 to the last week of January 2023.
The sending of the printed form to the board won’t be required.

NEET UG 2023 Application Fee:

Payment Mode: NEET 2023 Application fee payment will be done through online mode. For online mode, it’ll be possible through debit/ credit card or net banking process. For outside India, the application fee will be Rs. 8500/ for all categories.

NEET 2023 Application Correction:

The applicants of NEET 2023 are going to be able to make the correction within the NEET form. The correction is going to be possible from the third week to the last week of January 2023. Students are going to be able to make corrections through online mode.

The correction within the details of the application is going to be allowed only in a number of fields. the entire details associated with editable and non-editable fields are going to be informed by the candidates on the website. Also, students are going to be informed regarding correction on their mail id & phone number through SMS.

NEET UG 2023 Eligibility Criteria:

Students must check complete details associated with NEET Eligibility within the below-given section before applying for it:

Nationality:
Candidates who are Indian Nationals/ PIO/ NRIs/ OCI/ Foreign nationals are eligible to apply through NEET for admission in various Medical/ Dental institutions as per the framed regulations.
Foreign nationals are required to verify their eligibility clauses from the respective Medical or Dental College of the state.
J&K migrants are eligible to apply under the 15% All India Quota only through a self-declaration basis.
Age Criteria:
The applicant must have completed 17 years aged during admission or before 31st December of the year of admission.
There will be no upper age limit to apply for NEET.
There is no limit on the number of attempts to apply for NEET.

Qualification:
Qualifying Exam: Students should have passed the 12th level or its equivalent from a recognized board or university.
Qualifying Subjects: Students should have passed with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology, and English as mandatory subjects in 12th
Qualifying Marks: Candidates within the 10+2 level should have obtained 50% marks taken together in PCB. Those that belong to the unreserved/ ST/SC/OBC category should have obtained 40% marks and for PWD candidates, it’s 45% marks.
Foreign nationals: Students who are educated abroad and are getting to take admission in medical colleges of India should have passed their 12th level with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology & English subjects with 50% marks recognized by AIU as per MCI regulations.
Appearing: Students appearing within the 12th level exams are going to be also eligible to apply for NEET.

NEET UG 2023 Exam Pattern:

Students can know details about the NEET Exam pattern within the below-given section:

Mode of Paper: The NEET 2023 paper is going to be held in offline – Pen and paper mode.
Language: Paper is going to be available in various languages – English, Hindi, Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil, Marathi, Odia, Assamese, Telugu, Urdu, and Kannada.
Time Duration: 3 hours 20 minutes are going to be given to complete the paper.
Type of Questions: The paper will have an objective type of questions.
Number of questions: there’ll be a total of 180 questions within the paper.
Total Marks: The exam is going to be of a total of 720 marks.
Marking Scheme: 4 marks are going to be given for every correct answer. for every incorrect answer, 1 mark is going to be deducted.

NEET 2023 Syllabus:

The Syllabus of NEET 2023 is going to be prescribed by the Medical Council of India (MCI). Students are going to be able to prepare for the entrance test from Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects studied in 11th and 12th level.

NEET 2023 Admit Card:

Students are going to be able to download NEET admit card within the fourth week of March 2023. NEET admit cards are often downloaded by online mode from the NTA website. The admit card won’t be provided to the students by post and may only be obtained by entering their login details.

A copy of the admit card in PDF format is going to be also sent to the candidates in their registered post id. Students should also check complete details present within the admit card to be true and accurate. just in case of a mistake in any of the details present within the admit card, students must contact officials to urge it corrected before the exam date.

NEET 2023 Answer Key:

NTA will release the NEET answer key within the second week of May 2023 by online mode on the web site. The answer key is going to be released first on a provisional basis. A link is going to be provided on the web site to download the solution key along With the OMR answer sheets. Students are going to be also allowed to make challenges against the answer key.

For each challenged question, students are going to be required to pay a sum of Rs.1000 as a processing fee. The fee is often paid by the students through online mode. Students will get a refund of this fee if the challenge made by a candidate is going to be found true. After this, the final answer key is going to be released on the web site.

NEET 2023 Cut Off:

NEET cut off are going to be decided based on various factors – difficulty level of the exam, the number of candidates appearing for the exam, the performance of the students within the test, etc. The cut off is going to be released with the release of the result or after it.

The expected cut off marks of NEET 2023 as per the most recent trends is 50% marks for general candidates, 45% marks for PH candidates and 40% for reserved category candidate.

NEET 2023 Result:

To get NEET 2023 Result, students are going to be required to enter their login details – Roll number & date of birth. The result is going to be made available through online mode within the first week of June 2023. The result is going to be prepared and published on the basis of the revised answer key released by the authority.

Category wise result sheet won’t be prepared and published on the web site. Also, the authority won’t be responsible for providing the result through offline mode. After results are going to be displayed online students must print it for further use in the admission procedure.

NEET 2023 Merit List:

After the result announcement, the NEET merit list is going to be displayed online on the web site. The merit list is going to be prepared by NTA as per the directions of DGHS, DCI, and MCI. As per the merit list of NEET-UG, the admission is going to be done based on AII India Rank for admission into MBBS and BDS courses.

A merit list is going to be displayed by NTA containing the name of successful candidates who have opted for 15% All India quota seats.

NEET 2023 Reservation:

Reservation is going to be applicable for various categories and cast as per the rules and regulations prescribed by the govt. the criteria for reservation of seats in various government medical colleges under 15% All India quota will be:

NEET 2023 Counselling:

NEET Counselling will start within the second week of June 2023 through online mode. The counseling of NEET is organized by MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) and MOHFW (Ministry of Health & Family Welfare). Centralized counseling is organized each year by MCC for the NEET qualified candidates.

In the counseling process, students will need to register for counseling, make choices and lock it, allotment of seat, and report at the allotted college. Students even have to submit their original /photocopies of documents or certificates. These documents are:
