For admission to Sports Management & associated programs in International Institute of Sports Management, candidates have to submit a Caselet/Essay at first. How to Check SMAT 2025 Result?

Step 1: From a compatible web browser, candidates have to open the website iismworld.com.

Step 2: The link to check the result is displayed on the homepage of the website.

Step 3: Candidates have to click on the link and the result is displayed indicating the shortlisted candidates who are to be called for personal interview.

SMAT 2025 Selection Procedure:

Admission to Bachelor’s/Master’s/PGP programs in International Institute of Sports Management is done through two stages of selection. The first stage consist of written rounds and the SMAT exam itself. In the second stage, candidates have to appear in a personal interview.

Stage I

Applicants for Master’s degree program have to submit a Caselet while Bachelor’s degree applicants have to submit an Essay at first. Registered candidates are provided the topics for Caselet/Essay through registered email.

Master’s Degree/PGP

• For Master’s/PGP applicants, a Caselet based on 4 topics is mailed to the candidate. Candidates have to complete the Caselet and submit it within 2 days.
• Each topic carries 20 marks leading to a total of 80 marks for the submission of Caselet.

Bachelor’s Degree

• For Bachelor’s degree applicants, an Essay topic is to be mailed. Candidates have to complete the essay and submit it within 2 days.
• The total marks carried by the Essay is 80.

After submission of the Caselet/Essay, candidates have to appear in the SMAT 2025 exam. Final selection through Stage I is based on marks obtained in Caselet/Essay, SMAT & overall performance. Marks weightage of Caselet/Essay, SMAT and Overall Performance is 80, 80 and 20.

Stage II

Stage II of IISM admission process consist of an online personal interview that is held over video calling. The Personal Interview carries 120 marks leading to a total of 300 marks for Stage I and Stage II taken together.

Minimum Qualifying Marks in SMAT 2025 Result

The total marks carried by Stage I & II of the selection process is 300. Candidates need to score at least 60% cumulative marks of Stage I & Stage II in order to qualify for admissions. Similarly, candidates need to secure at least 50% marks in Stage I in order to qualify for Stage II.
