10+2 with a minimum of 45% marks and 2-year Diploma in education in accordance with the NCTE
Candidates must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of fifty marks alongside the degree of Bachelor of elementary education (4-years).
Interested applicant must have passed 10+2 alongside a Diploma of two years in education.
The degree of Graduation alongside the Diploma of education.

Tripura TET Upper Primary Teachers Paper 2:

The degree of Graduation + Diploma in Elementary Education( 2 years).
Degree of Graduation in any discipline with 50% marks + Bachelor of Education.
The degree of Graduation in any discipline with 50% marks + Bachelor of Education- as per the norms laid by NCTE.
10+2 with a minimum of fifty marks & Bachelor of education.
10+2 with a minimum of fifty marks and 4 years B.A.+B. Ed/ B. Sc.+B. Ed.
The reserved category will get relaxation in terms of qualifying marks.

Age Limit:
The Tripura TET upper age limit is 40 years.
The board authorities give the category wise age relaxation to the applicants.
For SC/ST/PH Candidates have the 5 years age relaxation to the upper age.
