If applying for admission into B.Tech in dairy technology, Agricultural Engineering, and Food Technology, the candidates ought to have completed seventeen years of age as on December 31, 2025. TS EAMCET Qualifying Exam:

Those candidates who are applying for B.Tech in Food technology ought to have qualified or appeared in 10+2 (or equivalent) examination from a recognized board as like the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana or Andhra Pradesh with any 2 or 3 of the subjects: Mathematics, Physical Sciences OR Physical Sciences, Biological or Natural Sciences.

TS EAMCET 2025 Marks Required:

Should have secured minimum forty-fifth aggregate marks within the subjects mentioned above in 10+2 or any equivalent examination (For reserved category the aggregate marks are 40%).

TS EAMCET Nationality/Nativity:

Should be of Indian nationality or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) or must be Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cardholders.
The candidates ought to belong to the state of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh.

Non – Local Areas:

Those candidates who do not meet the above criteria won’t be considered as non-locals.
PIO/OCI class candidates are considered as under the non-local category solely.
A candidate is regarded as a local candidate in relation to a local area (AU/OU/SVU) within the following cases:

If he/she has studied in an educational institution or institutions in such local area for a period of 4 or more consecutive academic years ending with the academic year within which he/she appeared or 1st appeared within the relevant qualifying examination as the case may be.
During the whole or any a part of the four consecutive educational years within which he or she appeared, or 1st appeared within the relevant qualifying examination, he/she has not studied in any educational institutions, if he/she resided in that native area for a period of not but four years immediately preceding the date of commencement of the relevant qualifying examination within which he/she appeared, or 1st appeared, as the case may be.

If he/she has studied within the educational institutions within the state for a period of not but seven consecutive educational years ending with the educational year within which he/she appeared or 1st appeared for the relevant qualifying examination as the case is also, be considered a local candidate in relation to.
Local area where he/she studied for the maximum period out of a period of seven years.
OR
Where the period of his/her study in 2 or more local areas is equal, such local area where he/she studied last in such equal periods.
If during the whole or any a part of the seven consecutive academic years ending with the academic year within which he/she appeared or 1st appeared for the relevant qualifying examination, he/she has not studied within the educational institutions, in any local area, however, has resided within the state during the entire of the said amount of seven years, be regarded as a local candidate in relation to

Candidates belonging to the PIO/ OCI class are considered as under the non-local category solely.

Candidates who have resided within the state of T.S./ A.P. for a complete period of ten years or more excluding the period of study outside this state.
OR
Candidates either of whose parents have resided during this state for a complete amount of ten years or more excluding the periods of employment outside the state
OR
Candidates either of whose parents are employed within the State of T.S./ A.P. or Central Government Public Sector companies, local Bodies, Universities, and other similar quasi Government institutions within this state, at the time of submitting the application.
OR
Candidates who are spouses of those employed within the State of T.S./ A.P. or Central Government, Public Sector companies, local Bodies, Universities, and other similar quasi Government institutions inside this state, at the time of submitting the application.
