UAPMT 2025 Application Form:

The application form of UAPMT 2025 is going to be started from the 3rd week of July and those applicants have the interest to urge admission within the undergraduate degree courses in BAMS, BHMS, and BUMS, they will fill the application form of UAPMT through online mode from the official website of Uttarakhand Ayurved University. it’s necessary for candidates to fill the application form with correct and complete details. How to Apply for UAPMT 2025:

UAPMT 2025 Application Process Online:
Step 1: Candidates should visit the official website of UAU for applying for the test
Step 2: The candidates need to fill in all their details like name, personal details, communication details.
Step 3: There are certain uploads that needed to be done together with like a photograph, signature.
Step 4: After filling all the required details submit the UAPMT form.
Step 5: The application fee is often paid online through Debit/Credit card or Net Banking.
Take the print out of the application form and keep it.

UAPMT 2025 Application Process Offline:
Step 1: The candidates can get the application from the post offices across Uttrakhand.
Step 2: Fill the form duly by entering the details asked within the form within the required spaces.
Step 3: Attach the photocopy of the documents required to be attached within the form.
Step 4: together with the application form candidates must send the DD of the application fee.

UAPMT Application Fee 2025:

The UAPMT 2025 application fee is Rs 3500/- for the general and OBC category students and also the application fee is Rs.2500/- for SC/ST/PH category students. The payment of application fee is often done through Demand Draft drawn in favor of UAU, Dehradun.

UAPMT 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

The important information associated with the eligibility criteria for the entrance exam is listed below for the reference of the applicants:
An applicant who wants to apply for the entrance exam must have completed HSC in science from a known university or college.
The applicant should have scored a minimum of fifty within the HSC examination.
Physics, chemistry, and biology should be a compulsory subject within the HSC examination.
Applicants should be above the age of 17 years to apply for the entrance exam.
