UPSEE (UPCET) Syllabus 2023 – Get Complete Syllabus Here

UPSEE (UPCET) 2023 Syllabus has been release by the exam conducting authority through online mode. This year admission in UG courses will be provided through CUET examination which will be organized by the National Testing Agency.

Admission in B.Tech courses is offered through JEE Main scores & in B.Arch courses through NATA scores. Examination is called as Uttar Pradesh Combined Entrance Test (UPCET). It is also called as AKTU Entrance Exam or UPTU Entrance Exam. It is held to provide admissions into engineering, architecture, pharmacy, hotel management, management, etc. In this article, we have updated the brief information about UPTU Syllabus 2023.

UPSEE 2022 Syllabus:

UPSEE/ AKTU 2023 Syllabus will be announced by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU). Before appearing in the examination, applicants should know about the entire syllabus of the examination.

For Integrated M.Tech./ B.Tech/ Integrated Science B.Sc. M.Sc/ Integrated M.Sc./B.Sc Courses:

Physics Syllabus:

Measurement, Motion in one dimension, Laws of Motion, Motion in two dimensions, Work, Power and Energy, Linear Momentum & collisions, Rotation of a rigid body about a fixed axis, Gravitation, Oscillatory motion, Mechanics of solids and fluids, Heat and thermodynamics, Wave, Electrostatics, Current Electricity, Magnetic Effect of Current, Matter, Electromagnetic induction, Ray Optics and optical instruments, Wave Optics and Modern Physics.

Chemistry Syllabus:

Atomic Structure, Catalysis,  Colloids, Colligative Properties of Solution, Periodic Table, Preparation and Properties, Thermochemistry, Chemical Bonding, Redox Reactions, Chemical Equilibrium and Kinetics, Acid – Base Concepts, Electrochemistry, General Organic Chemistry, Reaction intermediates, Isomerism, Polymers, Carbohydrates, Preparation and Properties, Solid State and Petroleum,

Mathematics Syllabus:

Algebra, Probability, Trigonometry, Co-ordinate Geometry, Calculus, Vectors, Dynamics and Statics.

Biology Syllabus:

Zoology: Origin of Life, Organic Evolution, Mechanism of Organic Evolution, Human Genetics and Eugenics, Applied Biology, Mammalian Anatomy (Eg. Rabbit), Animal Physiology and Comparison between Periplanata and Blatta.

Botany: Plant Cell, Protoplasm, Ecology, Ecosystem, Genetics, Seeds in angiospermic plants, Fruits, Cell differentiation Plant Tissue, Anatomy of Root, stem and leaf, Important phylums, Soil and Photosynthesis.

For Integrated MA/BBA/ Integrated BA LLB (Hons)/ Integrated M.Sc./ B.Voc/ Diploma Courses:

There will be only one test paper for these courses. The syllabus will be comprised of English, Numerical Aptitude/Data Interpretation, Analytical Skills, Reasoning, General Aptitude, General Knowledge subjects/topics.

For B.Tech (Through JEE Main – B.E/ B.Tech Paper):

Candidates can use NCERT books in order to prepare for JEE Main 2023. Here we have given some important topics of syllabus from each subject:

Mathematics Syllabus:

Sets, Relations & Functions, Matrices & Determinants, Permutations & Combinations, Complex Numbers & Quadratic Equations, Binomial Theorem, Mathematical Induction, Limit, Sequences & Series, Differential Equations, Integral Calculus, Continuity & Differentiability, Three Dimensional Geometry, Statistics & Probability, Vector Algebra, Mathematical Reasoning and Trigonometry, Co-ordinate Geometry.

Physics Syllabus:

Organic Chemistry: Organic Compounds Containing Halogens, Some Basic Principles of Organic Chemistry, Purification & Characterization of Organic Compounds, Organic Compounds Containing Nitrogen, Organic Compounds Containing Oxygen, Bio Molecules, Hydrocarbons, Polymers, Principles Related to Practical Chemistry, Chemistry in Everyday Life, etc.

Syllabus: (Aptitude Test for MBA)

The test is aimed at evaluating the verbal ability, quantitative aptitude, logical & abstract reasoning and knowledge of current affairs. The following is a brief description of contents of the test paper.

Section A (English Language): Grammar, Sentence Completion, Synonyms, Vocabulary, Antonyms, Uncommon Words, Relationship between Words & Phrases and Comprehension of Passages.

Section B (Numerical Aptitude): Numerical Calculation, Geometry and Trigonometry, Arithmetic, Simple Algebra, Interpretation of Graphs, Charts and Tables.

Section C (Thinking and Decision Making): Creative Thinking, Finding Pattern strands and Assessment of Figures & Diagrams, Unfamiliar Relationships, Verbal Reasoning.

Section D (General Awareness): Knowledge of Current Affairs and other issues related to trade, industry, economy, sports, culture and science.

Syllabus: (Aptitude Test for MCA)

Mathematics: Modern Algebra, Algebra, Co-Ordinate Geometry, Calculus, Probability, Trigonometry, Vectors, Dynamics, Statics.

Statistics: Mean, Median, Mode, Theory of probability, Dispersion and Standard Deviation.

Logical Ability: Questions to test analytical and reasoning capability of candidates.

Syllabus: (Aptitude Test for Diploma Holders in Pharmacy)
