UPTET Selection Process:

Written Exam: UPTET exam consists of 2 papers. Paper-I must be given by aspirants who arrange to teach classes I-V. Paper-II must be given by candidates who plan to teach classes VI-VIII. Candidates who plan to teach classes I-VIII got to appear for each of the papers.

UPTET Result: UPTET Result is announced by the exam conducting authority on the official web site of the exam. Candidates scoring a minimum of 60 percent marks within the written test are declared UPTET qualified.

UPTET Eligibility Certificate: Candidates qualifying for the written test are issued an eligibility certificate by the exam authority. Candidates having the certificate are eligible to apply for teaching jobs within the schools of Uttar Pradesh. The validity of a UPTET eligibility certificate is 5 years
