Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University (VBSPU) formerly called Purvanchal University is situated in Jaunpur, was founded on October 2, 1987, Uttar Pradesh. The university offers UG and PG courses in streams such as Engineering and Technology, Medicine, Management Studies, Science, and Applied Social Sciences.
Admission to such courses is based on the PUCAT or UPSEE entrance exam. Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University (VBSPU) was created in 1987 as the affiliated university under U.P. State University Act, 1973. VBSPU offers B.Tech, B.Pharm and B.Pharm Lateral entry courses combined with BA-LL.B (End-to-end) at UG level.

VBSPU 2023 Application Form
VBSPU Admission 2023 Application Form will be Releasing soon for UG & PG Courses. The application form is to be filled through online mode only. The form will be released on the official website of the university. Pay your application fee of Rs. 500/- for General/OBC Category and Rs. 250/- for SC/ST the category.

VBSPU 2023 Admissions Process
The University is providing a B.Tech / B.Tech (Lateral), B.A. LLB, and B.Pharm / B.Pharm (Lateral) programs at the Undergraduate level. At the Postgraduate level, it offers MBA, MHRD, M.Sc., MCA, MA, MJMC, and M.A. programs at the Postgraduate level. Candidates need to go through the VBSPU UG And PG Admission.
- Step 1: Go through the official website of the university (www.vbspu.ac.in) and move on to the ‘Admission’ portal
- Step 2: Register yourself using a valid contact number and email id and verify your account from entering the received OTP
- Step 3: Enter VBSPU login credentials, select the desired program and begin with the application form
- Step 4: Completing form with correct information and then upload the scanned documents required from
- Step 5: Submit the form in conjunction with the payment of the required amount as per your category and course
Candidates, willing to sign up for themselves for their desired courses through offline mode can download the application from the website, the boring filled form must be submitted with demand draft to the advantage of VBSPU.
For Undergraduate Selection
- The selection of B.A. LLB applicants happens on a merit basis.
- Selection will be based on marks guaranteed by the candidate in UPSEE (UP State Entrance Examination) in accordance with the UPSEE Cutoff.
For Postgraduate Selection
- Applying candidates must have received a bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline by a recognized University/ Institute.
- MBA, M.Sc., MJMC, and MA selection are carried out on the basis of candidates’ marks obtained in the PUCAT entrance exam. The seat allotment is done by UPSEE.
- Selection to the MCA course will be based on marks secured by the candidate in the UPSEE entrance exam.
