VITEEE 2025 Application Form has been Released on 5th November 2024. The Examination will be held on 21st – 27th April 2025. Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering entrance examination (VITEEE) conducted an entrance exam per annum for the candidates who are desirous to take admission within the field of engineering courses.

VITEEE 2025 gives the chance to take admission in a various campus like VIT Vellore, Chennai, Bhopal, and Amravati. the online application form available at official website vit.nic.in.

VITEEE 2025 Application Form:

While filling application candidates must Upload Their Scanned Images of photograph and signature.
There will no get to send hard copies of a filled application to the applier who has filled their form through online mode.
Completed OMR application form by candidates must be enclosed separately within the printed envelope provided and send to the Director-UG Admissions, VIT University, Vellore-632 014 by post.

How to Apply for VITEEE 2025:

Step 1st: to get registered, the candidate has got to go to the registration window and enter the subsequent details.

After filling these details candidates have got to click on the Register button. After Successful registration, the password for log-in would be sent by VIT University to the registered email ID and contact number of the candidate.

Step 2nd: Confirm Password

Candidate has got to log-in to a newly registered account to access the online application by using the password sent by University.

After entering all the details, the candidate must click on the Submit button, which can generate an application number. The candidate must note it down as it is going to be required for all future correspondence.

Step 4th: Payment of Application Fee

• The application fee is Rs 1350/- and USD 90 for every candidate.
• The application fee can be submitted through online mode.
• Candidate can pay the fee by Debit card, Credit card, and Net Banking for transaction.
• Application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Step 5th: Upload photo Signature

The last stage of filling the VITEEE 2025 form is uploading of photo and signature within the prescribed format. After submission of the images, the application process of VITEEE 2025 is over.

Procedure to fill offline VITEEE application form 2025:

The Application form of VITEEE 2025 is often obtained from various post offices on Cash payment of RS.1200 (including GST). The VITEEE form 2025 would be accompanied by the prospectus and information brochure, and other necessary enclosures including a self-addressed envelope.

Filing the Offline form of VITEEE 2025:

Candidates use only black ball-point pen and Capital letters:- it’s because the VITEEE 2025 application form is going to be machine processed. Also to shade the circles to correspond with the code /appropriate alphabet/numerical that the candidate wants to enter, the only pencil should be used.
The Application Form must not be damaged in any way. the form also must be clean and tidy, without unnecessary scribbles and smudges.
The photograph, signature, and address entered by the candidate are going to be scanned by a machine that only recognizes good quality. Candidate pastes a recent, passport size, color photo. The signature must be done at the designated space using a black ballpoint only. Also, attested photographs are nor accepted, so the candidate must beware.
A candidate entering the proper address, and pin code correctly and legibly.
The candidate must paste the photograph at the designated space. apart from that, the candidate must not staple pin or stitch on the VITEEE 2025 form.
The candidate must enter a valid email ID, STD Code, and phone number.
Note down the application number: it’ll require for all future reference.
Candidate must send the form by speed post or Register Post to the address mentioned on the envelope: Director-UG Admissions, VIT University.
The candidate fills the VIT application form in English only.
Options entered by the candidate while filling the application form, won’t be allowed to change, in general, at a later stage.
The cost of the VITEEE 2025 is not- refundable.
The candidate must keep a copy of the application form of VITEEE 2025 for future reference.
