Browse the official website of Assam SET 2023 (updated )
Fill registration form as per the given obligatory fields.
After getting registration, candidates need to login to apply.
Before applying on-line, candidates ought to keep the scan copy of his/her mark sheet, relevant certificate; passport sized colored photograph, and signature ready.
Then review your form and proceed to pay the applying fee via online and offline mode.

Assam SET 2023 Application Fees:

For General Candidates – Rs. 1200/-
For OBC (Non-creamy layer) candidates- Rs. 1050/-
For SC/ST candidates – Rs. 1000/-
For PWD candidates – Rs. 800/-

Assam SLET 2023 Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants should be holding the Master’s Degree or equivalent Degree with a minimum of 55% marks (without rounding up).
For reserved category candidates (SC) /Scheduled Tribe (ST)/ Person with disability (PWD) class candidates who have secured a minimum of 50% marks (without rounding up) in Master Degree or equivalent exam.
Final (or 4th Semester) candidates of their Master Degree Examination also are eligible.
Applicants are admitted provisionally and shall be considered eligible for award of pass certificate solely after they have passed the Master’s Degree.
Applicants should acquire the Master’s Degree within 2 years from the date of the involved SET result with a needed proportion of marks failing that they shall be treated as disqualified.
Applicants are suggested to look within the subject of their Post Graduation solely.
The candidates whose Post Graduation subject isn’t covered within the list of subjects than might appear in a connected subject.
There is no upper age limit.

Name of Centres:

It is endeavored to make at least one centre in each constituent university of the SLET Commission
with a minimum of 25 candidates. If the number falls short of this in a centre, then the candidates of that center
will be attached to the nearest center.

(The particulars of the Co-ordinators cum Officer-in-charge of the SET Centres with their address
will be notified in due course. Depending upon the number of candidates venues within the Centre will be
arranged.)

Change of Test Centres:

Application for change of Test centre on plain paper will be received by the SLET Commission
office within 07 (working) days of the last date of submission of forms. The centre change fees are Rs. 300/- per
candidate. The application for change of center must be forwarded by the Coordinator of the original centre.
along with the Centre change fee. No request for change of center will be accepted by the SLET Commission
after the specified date.

 Assam SLET 2023 Syllabus:

Assam SLET 2023 Exam Pattern:

The test will contain 3 papers. All the 3 papers can have solely objective type queries of the subsequent forms:

Paper I:
Total marks are 100 marks – sixty out of that fifty queries (to be attempted)
Duration:- 01 Hours 15 minutes ( 09.00 A.M. to 10.15 A.M.)
In the event of the candidate attempting more than fifty questions, the first fifty queries attempted by the candidate would be evaluated.
The question paper can contain the topics of reasoning, teaching aptitude.

Paper-II:
Total marks are 100 marks – fifty queries (all are compulsory)
Duration – 01 Hours 15 minutes (10.30 A.M.to 11.45 A.M.)
Each question can carry two marks.

Paper III:
Total marks are 150 marks – 75 queries (all are compulsory)
Duration – 02 Hours 30 minutes (01.00 P.M. to 3. 30 P.M.)
All queries of Paper – II and Paper – III are required, covering the entire syllabus (including all electives, without options).
