UPTET Registration 2023 Online:
Aspirants who are willing to appear in the UPTET examination need to register themselves on the official web site of UPBEB i.e. updeled.gov.in. UPTET 2023 Eligibility Criteria:
The age of the applicant should be between eighteen Years and thirty-five Years.
As per the norms prescribed by the govt., the candidates who belong to reserved classes would be given age relaxation.
For Primary Teachers (Class 1 to 5):
The candidate should have scored a minimum of fifty marks in the intermediate examination.
Candidates who are presently studying within the final year B.EL.ED.
Candidates who have completed their graduation or those who are:
Studying in the final year of D.Ed (Specialization) in an institute recognized by RCI.
Studying within the second year of BTC/ passed in an institute attached to NCTE.
Studying within the second year of BTC (Urdu)/ passed in an institute attached to NCTE.
In the final year/ passed diploma in Teaching from Aligarh Muslim University.
Moa’llim-e-Urdu degree holders from Aligarh Muslim University before August eleven, 1997 (for Urdu Teaching).
For Secondary Teachers (Class 6 to 8):
The candidate should have scored a minimum of fifty marks in the intermediate examination.
Candidates who have scored 50% marks in intermediate and who are presently studying within the final year or passed B.Ed.
Candidates who are presently studying within the final year or passed B.S.C.Ed or B.EL.ED.
Candidates who have completed their graduation or those who are studying within the second year of BTC in an institute attached to NCTE.
Candidates who have completed their graduation/ post-graduation with a minimum of fifty marks or those that have passed or currently studying in:
2nd year of B.Ed in an institute attached to NCTE.
2nd year of L.T. in an institute attached to NCTE.
2nd year of B.Ed (Specialization) in an institute attached to RCI.

UPTET 2023 Exam Pattern:
UPTET Exam is conducted via offline mode. Objective type multiple choice queries (MCQ’s) were asked within the examination. There’s no provision of negative marking in the UPTET exam. Both the Papers have comprised of a total of one hundred fifty queries. Every question carries a weightage of one mark. Every question carries four options, out of that only one would be correct.
UPTET examination consists of 2 papers – Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper one is held for the candidates who have applied for the appointment of teacher for class one to class five.
Paper two is held for the candidates who have applied for the appointment of teacher for class six to class eight. Candidates, who have applied for both the Papers, ought to apply for each paper one and paper two. The number of queries vary consistent with the group, the candidate has applied for. UPTET Selection Process 2023:
Candidates are going to be selected based on a written examination which will contain Paper I & Paper-II.

Syllabus for UPTET Paper one covers Teaching Methodology & Pedagogy, Languages (Hindi & English/Urdu/Sanskrit), mathematics, and Environmental Studies.
The paper focuses on the academic psychology of teaching and learning relevant to Standards first to fifth.

UPTET Admit Card 2023:
UPTET 2023 Admit Card is expected to be out there for download from the official website within the month of October 2023. UPTET Result 2023:
The result for UPTET 2023 is declared within the last week of Feb 2023. However, the official UPTET Answer Key is free by the end of this year. Candidates will get a copy of their UPTET OMR Sheet/Answer Sheet by paying fees through DD of Rs. 500/- per copy, drawn in favor of “Secretary, Examination Controller Officer” payable at Allahabad.
Candidates belonging to the general class who score 60% (90/150 marks) of the overall marks would be thought of qualified for the UPTET recruitment whereas the required qualifying score for reserved class candidates is 55% marks (82/150 marks).
