CENTAC 2024: Allotment List (Out), Eligibility, Merit List, Cutoff, Counselling Procedure

CENTAC 2024 1st Round Allotment List has been Released on 8th July 2024. Merit List has been Released for Non-NEET Courses. Centralized Admission Committee (CENTAC), Government of Puducherry manages the admission procedure. This state level admission procedure will be held for selecting the Candidates for admission in various Engineering, Pharmacy and  Medical Programmes. Candidates will get selected for the admission on the basis of their merit and scores of national level exams.

Selected Candidates from the admission procedure will get admission in various courses provided at Govt. and Private institutions across the state. Candidates ought to fill the application form before the due date set by the university. Candidates can get admission within the faculty based on the scores and performance within the HSC exams or any equivalent examination.

CENTAC 2024 Application Form & Fee:

The necessary info regarding the application process is listed below for the reference of the Candidates:

• The Application Form will be released through online mode by 3rd week of May 2024..
• As the registration process will be held for eligible Candidates only, so Candidates must fulfill their eligibility before applying.
• Candidates must fill the application form very carefully because there won’t be any correction facility provided for the application form.
• Candidates must fill the application form as per the given instructions on it.
• The details filled by Candidates in the application form must be same as it appears in their marksheet, any alteration in the details could cause rejection of application form.
• Candidates must fill the application form before the 4th week of June 2024, no application form will be accepted after that date.
• Candidates are suggested to keep the copy of filled application form and fee receipt for further use.

Details of the application fee:

Candidates ought to pay the application fee in on-line mode by debit/credit cards or internet banking.
Candidates ought to pay Rs 600/- (Rs 300/- for SC/BT class Candidates) for one course as application fee.
The application fee is Rs 900/- (Rs 450/- for SC/BT class candidates) for the Candidates application for 2 courses.
Candidates ought to pay Rs 1200/- (Rs 600/- for SC/BT class Candidates) for 3 courses as application fee.
The application fee is Rs 600/- (Rs 300/- for SC/BT class Candidates) for 5 years B.A.LL.B course.
The application fee is non-refundable.

CENTAC 2024 Eligibility Criteria:

The necessary info regarding the eligibility criteria is listed below for the reference of the Candidates:

For MBBS/ BDS/ B.V.Sc. /A.H/ B.P.T. Programme:

• Qualification: Applicants must have passed 10+2 Intermediate or equivalent examination from any recognized board.
• Subject: Applicants must have Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology, Botany or Zoology with English as mandatory subject.
• Marks: Applicants must qualify with minimum of 50% marks (40% Marks for reserved category Applicants to be eligible for the examination.
• Scores: Applicants must have valid scores of NEET 2024.

For B.Tech. Programmes:

• Qualification: Applicants must have passed 10+2 Intermediate or equivalent examination from any recognized board.
• Subject: Applicants must have Physics & Mathematic as their mandatory subjects in the qualifying examination.
• Marks: Applicants must have scored at least minimum of 45% marks (40% Marks for reserved category) to be eligible for the examination.
• Appearing: Applicants appearing in the final examination will be also eligible for the examination.

CENTAC 2024 Merit List:
