CG SET Eligibility Criteria: The Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (CGPEB) is the conducting authority of the Chhattisgarh State Eligibility Test (CG SET) to recruit the candidates for the post of Assistance Professor in any Government University of Chhattisgarh State.

Those candidates who want to get this post within the universities of Chhattisgarh State will apply during this test by filling the application form through online mode by visiting the official website.

Every year many of the candidates may appear during this test on the basis of their Eligibility Criteria. There’ll be two parts on the same day: Paper I and Paper-II. Here, from this content, applicants will get the detailed information of CG SET Eligibility Criteria 2023. 

CG SET 2023 Eligibility Criteria:

The applicants must need to check their Eligibility Criteria before filling the application form and the Eligibility Criteria details mentioned below.

Those applicants will have a Master’s Degree in Geography (with Specialization in Population Studies) also are eligible to appear within the Subject “Population Studies.

They should need to obtain Minimum of 55% Marks (without rounding off) in Master’s Degree OR Equivalent Examination from the schools / Institutions recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) in Humanities (including the Languages) and Social Sciences, computing and Application, earth science, Population Studies, Education, etc., are eligible for this State Level Eligibility Test / State Eligibility Test.

The final year students can also apply during this examination and that they should be passed in their Master’s Degree examination OR Equivalent with Minimum 55% Marks (50% just in case of SC/ST/PH Category Candidates.

Candidates are required to appear within the subject of their Post-Graduation only.

There is no ordinance for showing in CG SET 2023.
