GATE 2027 Registration Last date is 27th September 2026. Complete event wise schedule is available. GATE is ( Graduate Aptitude Test Engineering) may be a national level engineering entrance exam for the Post Graduate Engineering & Technology Courses.

GATE is conducted jointly by the Indian instituted of Science and 7 Indian Institutes of Technology ( Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras, and Roorkee ) on behalf of the National Coordination Board. IIT Kanpur is going to be conducting GATE 2027 for taking admission into M. Tech / Ph.D. programs.

GATE 2027 Application Form:

GATE Registration is completed through online mode only. Candidates can register after reading the information brochure carefully.
The candidates can access the Registration form through online mode on the GOAPS website.
GATE  application form is filled through GOAPS (GATE Online Application Processing System).
GATE Registration can be done till 27th September 2026
The GATE 2027 Registration has been started on 2nd September 2026.
The Registration process will be continued until 5th October 2026 (with an Increased Fee).
Candidates must enter their personal and educational details correctly.
Candidates need to log in to the Official portal of GATE and verify the Mobile and Email ID while registration.
Scanned images of photograph and signature must be uploaded within the specified format.
The application is going to be only accepted after the successful payment of the GATE Registration Fees.
All the applicants are advised to keep safe their GOAPS Enrollment ID and Password for further use.

The Conducting authority IIT Kharagpur will open the GATE Login from 28th August . Within the GATE login candidate can fill the application form for the GATE  entrance examination & download Admit Card, response sheet, Result. During the registration, the candidate will need to create a login ID. From the Login, ID Candidate can access all Information regarding GATE .

GATE Online Application Processing System (GOAPS):

An online interface is provided for your interaction with the GATE Office. With this interface, you can,
GATE Examinations apply for the online application.

• Upload photograph, signature, thumb impression, and other relevant documents like graduation certificate, category certificate (wherever applicable), etc.
• You want to pay the application fee through the internet – banking or debit card or e-challan.
• Check the status of your application form: Received, Under Scrutiny, Accepted, Defect Status, Status after Rectification, Rejected with Valid Reasons, and Admit Card Ready for Download.
• Contact the zonal GATE Office just in case of any queries/problems
• Download Admit Card.
• View your answers, marks, and gate score.
• The application procedure remains the same for International candidates.

Step 2: – The New user first registered the GATE form

After that click on the submit button.

Step 4: – After submitting it’ll show you, the application form has been filled partially/ not yet sent. Please click on the “edit application form” to proceed to write down the application form.

Step 5: – It’ll take you next page, fill the details
