Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is a national level entrance test which is able to be conducted by Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur for admission to M. Tech courses offered by government and private institutes. IIT Kanpur has released the details of the GATE 2024 exam centers.
As per the notification, there were all eight zonal exam centers for GATE 2024. Last year, there were 206 examination cities allocated by the authorities. But now, the total number of exam cities is reduced to 199 because the exam authorities have reduced some exam cities and also added some cities.
The candidates ought to select their preferred exam centers while filling the GATE 2024 form in on-line mode. Candidates will able to choose 2 zones from the eight zones. The details of test cities and exact location of GATE test centers are such that on the admit card which is able to be issued by exam authorities within the first week of January. GATE 2024 Exam Centres:
The examination centers are the location specified by IIT, kanpur where the GATE 2024 examination is conducted in Computer-based mode.
The GATE 2024 examination centres are assigned in India and abroad.
